Why couldn’t BDSP have something like this? Like this would be a great way for Dialga and Palkia to show what makes them legendary instead of them just sitting there.
There are fan servers that have mostly "replaced" the old Nintendo DS and Wii online servers (including the ones for the Pokémon Ranger series) which mostly involves changing around some DNS settings. If you look up "wiimmfi ds dns", you can find some guides on how to set it up.
