- Hello everyone! Roxane and continued on the entrance wall out by the flag pole. The concrete was solid enough to finish. We have had people ask about the inside of our house and how it looks. With that in mind, we decided to show everyone. It looks so nice! We just love Christmas around here and we wanted our house to reflect that. Thank you for being here, we appreciate you! Enjoy!

I love the sofa the way you have it now, it looks very cozy. By the way, merry Christmas. If I could make a suggestion, you might want to add an area rug in your living room it would cut down on your echo effect.

The new furniture arrangement is great . I think 🤶 Santa needs to bring a lovely rocking recliner for Anthony. Place it facing the fireplace at the end of the sofa for an extra chair! And yes a nice neutral area rug. Wyatt really good job buddy. Beautiful job

Yes the welcome spring 1st bloomers and day lilies next bloomers I have peach yellow red & dark orange last til fall blooms add winter bloomers flowers gladiola along side of sign
Even iris in-between cause they all bloom at different times.
Rox, you need a wreath on the laundry room door :) LOVE the welcome fence and flag y'all have been working on. The wreath really added a ton of character. Your plan to add lights is perfect

So many options for your flag flower bed. Rose bushes, tulips, daffodils, mums, etc. All annuals.. awesome.
I like the living room the way it is now. When Christmas is over you could actually get a nice recliner and perhaps a wooden rocking chair for additional seating on that wall where the tree is. Another thing you could do is remove the top board of your fence and laser engrave it. CRC 41.36 SLR
spaced out across the length of it. Maybe even an established month and year etching as well. Just a couple of ideas to ponder on.

Good job Y'all . @CRC Only thing missing is Some type of Nativity.But Wyatt can help make a diy Nativity. Back in 1966 I had a 5 and Dime store Nativity The stable was wood branches and the figurines were glued down. At that time
We had a M Retarded Brother Derrick was 3 just barely talking it had to be unbreakable at that time. Later I think he was 5 when they diagnosed him with a mind of a 2 yr old. Derrick's 1st words was JESUS Loves Me. Oh how I miss him.
(RIP at 58 just a yr ago with a 3-5yr old mind but GOD gave him to US Every yr it seemed because of a protruding chest w bad lungs he got double pneumonia alot. but he always lived no matter what Literally a Living Breathing walking Miracle only this time he left for Heaven Happy Tears 😭 😂but he gets to run and jump and talk now in HEAVEN something he wasn't able to do here on earth.I am grateful someday We'll see our Derrick Albert Sweitzard Clark again)
The flower bed will be nice, Anthony. Also in the fall you could put up a couple of scarecrows and some pumpkins at the base. In the Christmas season lights solar would be great, Roxanne, and a wreath would be awesome! Have fun with it!!

I just love that y'all are putting your touches throughout the 41.36! It's going to be a beautiful and cozy place to just walk through.
In Michigan, in laws had concrete critters all along the driveway along with an old boat decorated with flowers, an old tractor tire with 3 flower heights growing up and firewood teepee towers. It was beautiful just coming and going through the driveway. It was about a quarter mile long to the house.
With this year's Thanksgiving spatchcock turkey (1st one I've had in over a decade) I added a gallon of veggie scraps I had frozen and pressure canned 9 qts of broth! I love that you recycled yours Roxanne!
As someone who Family owned a Flower Shop over 75 yrs and 4 generations...
Gladiolus are always associated with death plus they just grow up straight and tall...you need like flowering bushes out there. With the gladiolus you would have to plant a ton of them as so to fill in spaces

Greetings from Northeast Ohio. Yes, please show your house at night. That would be very nice. I do like the couch there, only because of where the tree is. Once the tree is gone, however, the room will be unbalanced. With the couch in the middle of the room facing the TV, you actually have room for two chairs on either side of the living room also, in my opinion, your lamp is cute, but it needs to be taller. Other subscribers have mentioned an area rug, which is missing from your living room. It will add coziness and take the echo away. Thank you for sharing your ornaments with us. That is very cool.

Extending defense backwards, it’s a great idea it would give it a beautiful look specially put plants maybe some pine trees around the side of the fences, but the fencing going backwards and both ends. I believe it’s a great idea. Stay healthy, safe and bless my friends.❤🙏🏾

Rox, I have an itty bitty tree as well. My hubby and I were OTR team drivers our first Christmas together, so he bought me this tiny tree to go in our truck since we were on the road throughout the holidays. I still have that tree and it was 29 years ago that he got it for me. 😍

It all looks great! Brings back childhood memories for me. When me and my 2 baby sisters woke up Christmas morning, Dad would tell us to go check around the house first thing. We found many huge bags of candy. Dad said they must have fallen off Santa's sleigh...lol. Brilliant! Merry Christmas!

Love your fence. A Tree each side would look lovely and you could decorate it for the holidays. Also instead of using a little wire fence in front, you could edge it with some of the beautiful big rocks from the property…and they’re free for you 🙃

I interrupted the viewing of the video so I could put my 2 cents in about couch placement! It’s in a good place right now- allowing space for an eventual rocker or recliner…but the question is- how is it to watch the TV on the wall? My husband & I started painting the open family room/ kitchen space and I just Had to have our huge TV taken off one wall, bought a large TV cabinet- stand and rearranged the space. It just didn’t feel right- so back everything went…minus hanging the TV on the wall! Furniture placement is tough if it doesn’t feel right. SO- if the current placement makes you happy…leave it! I do agree with others that an area rug would be a cozy addition! You’ve done an awesome job from day #1…true pioneers! Stand your ground, ignore the “ negative Nellys” and be proud of your hard work and ongoing dreams of a home that will nurture you and your family!!

I like the couch where it's place for Christmas and makes for easy to go back where it was before, helps divide your area into living areas for the open concept...after Christmas if you leave there your areas are going to be off balance...it's great ... flag pole area coming along awesome 👌
For the fence, you could paint one red, one white and the other blue. It looks good. Decorations look good!

Love the decorations and the memorabilia and memories they bring behind it all. Just an idea if you don't get to buying a new eye for your one-eyed Santa... you could also consider making an eye wink out of black felt and attaching with a couple small stitches of thread or hot glue or double sided tape until you decide if you like it or not. Any way you go will be your choice and it will be perfectly perfect 🥰
