Correction it wasn’t someone before Mughals but actually Mughals who destroyed Nalanda University. To be precise it was Bakhtiyar Khilji and who did it in 1193 AD. They also destroyed many other temples and architectures in India during their time of invasion. Don’t try to teach wrong history to Indians.. Jai Hind!!!
Babur came to India in 1526 (1st battle of Panipat), so 1193 AD was several centuries before Mughals were on the horizon. I agree that Indian temples were destroyed during the time of Mughals, too. But Shaiva temples were destroyed by Vaishnavas and vice versa. Just getting the history right since you mentioned “wrong history”.

@@ArnavSinha2681Yes bro very right that there existed heating debate between shaivas and vaishanavas but it was not at the edge of destruction. Yeah some temples were destroyed by the vaishnavas but that too in hand countable numbers . That too were restructured before the fully defined invasion of Mughals You can refer to historians that nalanda was destroyed by Mughals . It never needed Mughals to be in horizon to destroy non islamic things if it was very early stages of Mughals they had did this to us . An estimate of around 40000 mandirs were destroyed by Mughals . Including ashramas where yogis and gurus used to give dharmic , scientific , literature and sanskarik knowledge. If you know the style of Mughal architecture we see in India is not seen even in the countries of their origin. It was so because of resources in India money in India and skills and talent in India. If for example you praise Mughals for qutub minar then you must know they didn't had a penny of knowledge to do so it was bhartiya artisens and engineers . Now you will name some mughalai architect so and so who designed something so I must tell you they used to learn in the Indian schools that time they had learn everything from us . Even Urdu is originated in India by Farsi + that time Hindi. Some muslims ask Mughal haters to destroy red fort and taj mahal and such things if they consider Mughals as terrorist then So I must tell you it wasn't their knowledge and it was never meant to be theirs anyway.

I had seen this museum a few years back………I cannot begin to tell you how I felt during those moments. It was a mix of feelings……..I was angry, emotionally upset and yet a part of me was appreciative of the beauty of the fine craftsmanship prevalent in those times ! I only pray that now England gives back all our stolen goods along with all the expensive jewelry they had forcefully removed from our princely states.
