Smoked Pastrami from Beef Belly on the Keveri H1 w/ The MeatStick 4X

  • I made a chunk of Pastrami using beef belly or "Naval" just like some of the famous NYC Deli's do. I used the new Keveri H1 with the new Smoke Controller plates, and used the MeatStick 4X to monitor the temperatures.

      Oh yes! I think I prefer making it from brisket still though...
