This performance was from the singer(Chinese show) that dimash was performing in. He had been away from home for a time. There's a longer video that shows after dimash thanks the audience and the band as his usual, he sees his dad in the shadows! His dad was the one the camera kept panning to. It was so sweet dimash practically ran off stage to hug him. His dad didn't want him to see him till after the preformance. He didn't want to distract dimash.❤❤❤

Although Opera 2 isn't my favourite song I love watching it just for the fun of seeing those faces and also because he was so overjoyed to see his father there after being so homesick.
I believe I read somewhere that he was having such a difficult time in China with homesickness, having difficulty communicating and not liking the food that he was ready to quit the show. His management team got so worried about him that they called his family and his father dropped everything to fly out to be with him for the next few weeks.

In the recorded history of music, there is no vocalist better than Dimash. If you think of famous, base, baritone, tenor, alto, contra alto, soprano, Dimash will be on the list. If you think of music styles, opera, rock, R&B, folk, jazz, etc, Dimash will be on the list. There is no other vocalist that can compete in what ever other category you are looking for.

I heard singers from all over the world for 40 years. I heard plenty of good, excellent even amazing singers. Yup, no one come close to Dimash. He has beautiful voice but most importantly he knows how to use it perfectly.

Dimash is one of a kind. I first discovered him after I lost my husband in 2018. He is truly a healer of souls and a mender of broken hearts. As he gets older, he continues to blow my mind with every song he sings. Love the reaction!
I agree. To me he is has the best voice in the world. Some will disagree (to me it is completely incomprehensible). But there are no doubt that he is the best singer in the world. No one can combine a range like his with the kind of technique, breathing technique, control, all kind of singing styles. The ability to sing different style and in different languages, the ability to switch register that seamlessly, the stage presence, charisma. All in one. I probably have forgot something, but all the things I have mentioned makes him the best Singer

This is just me, but, i think Dimash and I dare say Angelina Jordan are two of the best voices on the planet.
Would they worship him if he weren't 6'3" and reasonably handsome? What if were 5'4" and 220lbs. but still could sing that way, would he still be as attractive? I'm just sayin'.

To answer your question, I firmly believe the answer would be yes. It's not just about his looks but the way he is. Yesterday we watched through Instagram and numerous fan groups posts his visit to the Kazakh tent at the Dubai Expo before his concert on Friday. He's taken his whole family with him, and watching him walk through the crowded place with his grandmother's hand carefully tucked into his elbow with no security around him but having to stop every couple of feet to sign autographs and take pictures with fans was the most heartwarming thing I've seen in a while. He didn't get irritated or lose his patience or show an attitude. He was gracious and smiling and thoughtful to everyone even though he was obviously trying to enjoy a rare day out with the whole of his family. Can you imagine another star doing that without demanding the whole place is closed off beforehand? His attractiveness isn't just his appearance, although it's very nice, his whole personality shines and sets him apart from the rest.
Not only is handsomeness and voice a criterion for success in Dimash, but there is something greater which is confidence, beauty of soul and charming presence.

@@charlygering5790 Yeah I guess fame has something to do with being attractive. Let's just say for the sake of the argument that they haven't hit the big time yet. Also height was the main issue those three you named were all around 6' tall. So I think if you run height, or lack of it, through the attractiveness machine I think it makes a difference in the outcome.
