I just love how you did this. When you loaded it into Cricut design space. Was there much to clean up? Or was it pretty much good to go? This is so awesome.
Thank you so much😃, I have make this with a few projects, what setting you used on mini iron? when I ironed the faux leather the original texture disappeared 😑
Good question, I’ll try it tonight since I have plenty not worried if it does not work. I have used it on a note book so I suspect it to work. I’ll try it though.
Wow ok I scrolled through your videos to two years ago and I couldn’t find the video of you showing us how to cover the book lol. Could you link it if you know how to find it? Thanks friend
Hello. Loved this video. This is my first time seeing your videos so I just subscribed :D It turned out so cute! Has anyone tried cutting the dollar store foil iron on? I cannot get my Cricut to cut through it. I have tried extra pressure, different settings, I am at a loss. Advice anyone? 😩
I used the gold DT foil iron-on on a T-shirt in November 2023. It seemed like most of the examples I found on YT recommended more pressure. I think I ended up using my Explore Air 2's foil iron-on setting with extra pressure. It cut through the carrier sheet, but I was still able to get it on my shirt, and it looked great! I don't know how it holds up to washing; I wore it once, to a Decades party. It was kind of a "one and done", and it's just hanging in the closet. When I do get brave enough to launder it, I'll use cold water, put it inside-out in a DT delicates bag, and hang it up to dry.
I’ve been wanting to try iron on vinyl on faux leather. This is extremely helpful. Maybe I’ll attempt the foil type instead!
I tried regular and it worked fine also ❤️
That is so cute! You are a cleaner upper Queen on design space as well!! Ty for tutorial!

I've used 280 and 290 F for 30 sec and a 5 sec surface pre-heat and the faux leather pattern didn't flatten out
