Dr Frank Turek mentioned your church and Pastor when he was talking about whether a shepherd of Christ’s flock has a responsibility to call out by name false teachers. My own pastor does, responsibly, not in disrespect but to inform his congregation of whom to watch out for and pay critical attention to what’s being said, run it through the sieve of God’s word. I’m grateful to hear the “who” so that I will not listen, but draw nearer to my Lord in His word of truth.
Every pew can be used as an alter, just turn around and kneel. Also the steps in front of the podium are doing double duty as alters for anyone to kneel and pray. Thank you for wanting to kneel and pray, for there is where we find the answers.
Why is there no provision made in the church for those who want to kneel and pray? Why have the prayer altars been taken out of God’s Sanctuary?God wants us to bring our needs to Him for Him to meet. Not stand before a man who cannot. The scripture tells us that “every knee shall bow…” But they bow no longer in His House.
