  • This custom 115 gallon offset smoker was built by Chuck Wilson of ‪@ironoakbbqpits‬ I wanted to do a walkthrough video so you could hear from the Pitmaker himself. In this video he talks about the design and details of the build, as well as reason he did certain things with the build. I hope you enjoy!

Awesome! I think I want to talk to you about building a 60 Gallon for me right about this time next year. I have a few ideas about personalization. Not how to build it, you handle that.. But I love your work. Awesome off-set pits for sure!... Maybe we can do business.

Forgive me, but 24”x48” is not 115 gallon? What am i missing?
Beautiful work sir’s. Amazing detail on the pit. Solid!

It’s a 115 gallon tank. Measurements he mentioned are 48” long on the tank and 24” in diameter

Hey Vern, thanks for pointing that out. That was a verbal oops by me. When I listened to it, I noticed it too. Mike's chamber is 24" x 60", so it is 115 gallons.

That pit is a beast. I had never seen one of your pits before. But I am glad you shared this amazing offset with us. Again sir, beautiful work.
