Love the Pitts. So iconic I have the 850mm Pitts from horizon. Stepping up to the fms 1.5 Pitts maybe someday I will get the hangar 9. So beautiful and flys incredible. Nice job guys 👍👍😎👊✌
ive got all 3 the lil 850mm the fms 1400mm and hanger 9 the hanger 9 is by far the best one id say get one its well worth the money. the fms is really good too but the size of the hanger 9 just makes it a joy to fly
I been wanting one of these for years now. Someday very soon.
That was fantastic! The plane appears to fly very nice. The mods don't take away from the appearance of a S2B and greatly improve flight characteristics. What's not to love? I like the no flying wires, it's just better in every way. Personally, I'd go electric. AirHammer out!!
The DLE sounds good! Healthy power! But I really love it on 12s for my main field.
Yeah this DLE runs pretty good. I go with DA if I can but my 35cc is DLE and I love it.
What a great video guys👍I have one In route and excited to fly it!
what a beautiful biplane... sounds AMAZING!
Just bought one with Saito twin 60cc. Perfect combo.
Ali is the man!! Great job guys!
Awesome flights and information.
Ali, when is a new 20cc hanger9 coming out?
AT6 would be good👍
Any chance there is a way to tell me what actual current draw is with the Rimfire 50CC Electric motor?
Beautiful !! It will be in my hanger!!
Great video, great plane. Two guys flying and talking. Now gasser or electric???
Electric, so much cleaner and quiet. Not to mention no need to adjust valves like on a Gas Engine. 👍
I ordered mine.
Awesome cant wait to get one in the uk well done!!!!
Bonjour Messieurs votre vole à vous deux était superbe j'aime vraiment voir des gens comme vous piloter comme sur cette vidéo .... Je vous admires ...... Continuez !!!! A bientôt . Stéphane de France .....
🇺🇸👨✈️👍👨✈️🇺🇸 that’s some awesome flying fellas Beautiful plane
Beautiful bipe.
Awesome, these videos are great. Love it! ... Purchased
Looks like Gary is getting into my pocket book once again...🙃
He's an awesome guy. I've spoken to him at a few fun flies over the years.
Very docile model, tempted to get one.
Around 6:50 you mention canister cut outs, what type of canisters will fit plane and DLE 60cc engine. Thanks
i'm waiting to find out the tunnel dimensions too., 2 into 1 or 2 into 2 , probably the latter option for 2 outlets and smoke.
I’ve built this with the DLE 60 and am wondering if a gyro is needed. I used the AR14400T receiver, if I wanted a gyro how would I integrate one with this receiver?
I also fly with my thumbs after a while they get numb I have to pinch the sticks 👍✌️
Yeah we used to never have gyros on airplanes because airplanes don’t need gyros. Instead we knew how to be pilots and fly.
How about making a 50-70cc version of a Super Chipmunk? 🙏
Beautiful plane.
Great flying gentleman.
What was the weight with the twin 60? I have a zenoah gt80 wondering if I could use it.
on one of your trucks there’s a problem with the turning the controller started to not connect to the turning after I rode it in wood chips is that bad?
What servos you use in the gas setup ???
Awesome. Love it.
I would like to see the average club flyer fly it , to see how it really flies.
I’ll find out… I’m building mine now
Awesome flyer 👍👌👌👍
Can't go wrong with a Pitts.
Amazing
can you let us know what electric motor was used thank you
I think he said rimfire 50cc
l understand completely about gyros since l worked with them and flight instrumentation for 40 years, what l dont understand why would l put a gyro on
an aerobatic model.dont need a gyro on a pitts been flying rc for about 40years l do have a gyro on a couple of jets.all pitts are tricky to land little buggers like to bounce
even on the real ones its just the nature of the beast.
Thumbs all the way.
Can we get him to say "clever girl" like in jurassic park ? Lol
God, wish I knew how to fly those.
motor ordered
i have everything but the plane and willoreder quiet cans when i can check dimensions on the model
This thing needs no gyro. It flies great and stable.
The guys from Hangar 9 must bild the planes with slots vor silencers. In Germany and anny other european Countrys is it vorbidden to use the short mufflers. That sounding like a flying chainsaw.
I was interested until they said they had changed the tail and rudder, why can't they make a scale aircraft
Trust me. u want a longer tail moment on this plane
No because I want a scale aircraft
Right on.. top comment
@@brianemery8945 A serious modeler wants all the bad habbits of a real Pitts
Looks pretty scale to me ,lol
a DA 70 twin would be sweet.
Yes! That's exactly what I'm considering for this airplane. Do you think the DA-70 would fit inside the cowl as well as the Saito FG61 and DLE60? I want to avoid having to cut the cowl.
If only my eyesight didn't suck..
I really shouldn't watch stuff like this, I can see my "hand slipping accidentally" and buying one.
Wow! You can actually fly it with out a gyro? Come on!
So,what's SO special about this Pitts?why are they making a big deal??Pitts has been around for a very long time, nothing new.
