It would be nice to show current pictures of the progress. I drove by the area November 2022 and didn't see any change. Back in 2017 a one bedroom condo was priced at 125K American Dollars. The realtors would only accept a lump sum payment or four total payments. Any more payments than that and you were considered a renter and had to wait until completion.
What is the plan for the residents and buildings near the coastline especially near Osmena bridge, Fernan bridge, near SRP and all the other bridges to come?
