No a break out is like a couple of pimples not his whole back and him having a hairy back. Which he never had a hairy back if you look at his older streams. You can never say for sure without blood work/testing, even then it's not always accurate. There's lots of reasons for breakouts. E.g. whey protein (dairy in general) breaks me out pretty bad. Maybe he was just upping his protein because of camp knut, you don't know. Pretty weird for you to follow his hygiene habits like that bro can't lie.
