I was so disappointed in my first order. The steaks (2 ribeyes) were inedible. They were like store bought stew meat that is just full of water or whatever added fluids, and once that cooked off the meat was so tough and tasted bla. I've had farm raised beef...we used to go in with other family members/families and purchase a beef then it was divided up between us. It was so good. They were kind enough to refund me the price of the steaks that we ended up throwing away because they were not edible. And we know how to cook up some steaks! Do it frequently. So it wasn't us, it was poor quality. I am hopeful that the pork loin chops, salmon, and chicken are of better quality. I was also kinda put off that they had sourced meat from Australia instead of American farm families. I am glad you feel you are getting a good deal and it works for you and your family! I cancelled my subscription though. And I did get the offer that included free ground beef for life. Oh and did I mention that the bacon was mostly fat and just had two little pieces that were actual meat? I'd not order from them, but maybe it is good for others. Just wanted you to know not all of us got a good product from them.
I am sorry that this happened to you. You are absolutely right sometimes what is good for you might not be good for others. Everyone will have a different experience. The same is happened to me with other products. I am not sure how long ago you purchased from them but as of today for me so far so good. I love their customer service and they are pretty good about refunds. I have also researched other companies that provide the same services maybe I will try them and post a video about it. @@thehaylesproject9590 Thank you for your kind reply. Are you a sponsor for them? I do believe that those channels that sponsor them get better products to show the viewers to get more orders. But sending out of country sourced beef and other meats of poor quality is bad for business...they lost us with the first order. Not the best strategy. And it was cruel as we are on fixed incomes and facing food shortages in our stores. I'm glad you get good results and that they continue.

@@lorenrobertson8039 Last time I got their ribeye, they were fine i guess... I only wish they let you control the thickeness... I cook it sous vide then sear but a thicker cut would be much better... As for the water? I open the packaging and keep in the fridge covered by some cheesecloth for about 24-48 hours and that does take some of the water out which makes it taste beefier.
