Jack would prefer it that way. He wanted to push roxy out the way and even wanted Ronnie to adopt amy. He wanted to take amy from roxy and just didn't care if amy saw her mother again. Ronnie tried to be there for roxy but Jack didn't care. Question why did he get with ronnies sister and cousin then wanted rid of them. He treated roxy with contempt and yes she had issues, but she loved amy. He just didn't care as long as he got Ronnie away from roxy. Yes. She blew almost all of it in one year on stupid things. The last bit she had left she was going to pay for Ronnie and Jack's first wedding (or part of it) in 2010 but Phill stole it from her. Roxy was never really "sensible" with things in life. Men, booze, drugs, and least of all with money
