Individual commitment to a group effort--that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.
Teamwork is very important since decisions are made together and in order to function as a team we must trust each other and thus we will achieve better results.
Some of the best outcomes that I have experienced as a leader, an educator, as a volunteer in non for profit organization and in family affairs have come from team work. Everyone has talents that complement each other within a team. By putting all of those talents together to lead, to teach, to create, to learn and to celebrate can only have optimal outcomes!
Wow! In this video we can see what important are teamworks in the world. A real teamwork is form by people who pull up every time, humble people, everybody in the group have the same marks and they are going to do everything to meet the goals. All members in a teamwork wanna be part of the team, they support each other and respect different opinions! Great video!

Wow!! How impressive this video and how incredible the power of teamwork, what I liked the most was what Tyler explained about trying to overcome his limits and my favorite example was the all blacks. It is very powerfull the message of the video.
I’m a motivational speaker and have a speech coming up on this topic. This is giving me gold to help prepare for it
Bingo ...thats what I am all about..... It works!!!!!!! The team/ company/ congregation/ family members/ etc that is thinking as one entity and trusting each and every one will mathematicly have more opportunities to score in a good way....

When we work as a team, we can pool our strengths, support each other's weaknesses, and accomplish great things. Remember that every team member has something unique to offer, and that by working together, we can achieve success beyond our individual capabilities. Keep pushing yourself to be a team player, and you'll see the incredible results that come from collaboration and cooperation.

He could've shown and talked about the WNBA but barely anyone can name the best teams or even good players, but everyone knows players like Lebron, Micheal Jordan, Kobe. Ya can't force diversity.

@@CM-gx4db I have given no bias merely stated a fact, men are more athletic than women, and thus more people watch their sports due to them being more entertaining. Not saying women's sports are bad in any way, and plus this is not unconscious, it is well known. I am not against diversity but you are trying to force it into something that's meant to be relatble to some degree and its hard to relate to a sports team you likely never heard of or watched. I don't need to take cultural competency training to indoctrinate myself in "diversity over fact."
