8 funnels and a massive beam gun is already enough. Plus, it has a beam barrier and send out an EMP field. It tells you in the game. This suit is definitely not one to mess with
I just built my DS RxR today, its a very solid kit. The mech is well balanced with tight joints so I used the bending stand on the gun as it allows for greater possibility.
Didn't know Moderoid have Iron Saga kits, I wanna know how they'd make Vassago since its main gimmick is basically Unicorn Gundam. Deer Stalker is an odd choice to have as one of their kits but considering the popularity of the pilot, I can see why.
@@akuakkk1908 Yeah it basically just Theresa being a mercenary from Quicksand stealing prototype Robin Auto-Aim AI System from British Imperial Knights (sorry I forgot since its a long time ago I playing Iron Saga) and Rosemary weapon system to remodel her Deer Stalker after got damaged by Alto and later after coincidentally meet Roland Norris from Rhine Federation in some mission since Deer Stalker is basically a heavy modification from Mass Produced French Knight Mecha.
Great review as always! Really helped me come to a decision about this kit. Having played Iron Saga for a while, I saw this kit and got interested. The high price made me garner certain expectations and based on this review, it doesn't even come close to being half as good as I thought it would be for it's price. Higher end Master Grade pricing for something that's pretty much a full mechanics kit with lots of missing color aps. I mean I know I can always paint, but like for that price I expected a somewhat better color separation than what we got. Still looks like a neat kit but I don't think I'll be getting one.
Do Moderoid kits have good quality in general? I've seen a pre-order from an online shop and I dig the design, I think it was Linebarrel Overdrive, there are no reviews yet since it's still in pre-order.
How's the plastic quality compared to modern master grades? I've always been somewhat interested in the moderoid line but they've always seemed expensive for what are essentially big high grades.
Not even big HG Its expensive because there is no competition Plastic is slightly below kotobukiya & much lower than modern bandai They have sharp detail & easy to snapfit Think of this series as a resin kit, posability is not on their concern
It's expensive because of the licensing, they didn't own the IP that's why. Plastic wise is a bit low qualitiy and has some fitting issues from what I experienced. But then, if you like the design, moderoid is the only option you have.
the engineering of this Moderoid kit so far is comparable to a Bandai HG kit but with better color parts separation as in no need for stickers that even still affects modern HG kits.
So I finish her today and want to give my 2cent, I love RxR in Iron saga and brough her with jack up price of 85 dollar when the first RxR hit local store. With that price you probably can get most bandai MG, from MG crystals unicorn, all ver.ka, and my second choice is RG Hi-Nu with it hyper bazooka. It is big 21cm body with 30cm gun but I think it a statue, a figure that you fiddle with some pose and leave it on top shelf display, for that price I would hope that you have extra gimmick like Bits/Drone display stand, effect part or able to change it to the first form with smaller gun, missile pod and one-side cloak, or at least have it Tank Dagger which still present in RxR retro. Would I still brough it with hindsight? Yes now pls make her pilot figma pls
This thing reminds me so much of the Age II, looks really cool Would love to see more Moderoid Reviews in the future, especially of the Fafner kits, the Mk Nicht looks amazing and comes with some interesting effects (sadly they are hard to grab here)
Moderoid kits ARE AWESOME. I'll take them over bandai ANYTIME ! Check out the robocop 2 "cain" model kit comming in march. I got the ed-209 and it's really one of the best pieces of kit I ever bought. Exceptional stuff. Must buys. Unfortunately, must pre-order because they run out of stock mighty quick.

Not to mention a positron sniper rifle.
It looks like someone made a mech out of those laundry clips
TBA: Deer Stalker option parts; The -METEOR- WASHING MAchine

This is the first one actually
Yeah they should have made Vassago first considering its the mc's mecha
imagine how pointy it is to build a Sin series
...or even a Bloody Wolf
also iirc the next one up the line is the Schwartzritter. honestly dont know why they skipped Vassago
@@kaoru288 Imagine going through the Black Jack's series of retrofits
Didnt expect someone made a kit from Mobile Game Iron Saga
And its Theresa mecha Deer Stalker Robin x Rosemary
Didn't know that RxR mean robin x Rosemary

Thanks for reviewing this kit Zak 😀
Good, i was waiting for someone to make a review of this
I’ve been waiting for this review for a long time!

Glad we got this review so soon, hope you get to review the Moderoid Tzendolg from knights and magic.
Oh heck, how did I've missed this one. Thanks for review.
I wish they would make Vassago kits
Oh a fellow iron saga enjoyer 🧐

which plamo god that always throw a kit towards him and can i get one? 🤣

I would bet that the Freedom Chinese Version?

About how tall is it? Just a ball park estimation, like (x) Grade MS height.
21cm, where standard RX-78-2 Gundam in 1/100 scale is 18cm
i see Barbatos heels w/ Age wings
My fav. Cuz : it has a cool pilot girl

i think the poncho makes a better backpack. as it is its very unwieldy, much like the ones on crossbone full cloth and age 2 normal
In terms of aesthetics, I think this would look great displayed in a squad with some 1/100 IBO Graze kits
bit of an Age 2 vibe
Interesting but definitely not worth the 100$ price from my local hobby shop. Thanks for the review!
Like not seeing. Cool model, little like frame arms, but on thatself style.
