Hello I am a follower from Qatar I do have a Proton Persona as well. I have an issue with my window the handle inside won't open the door, what is the problem? Is it the cable connected? Please advise. Thanks.
I think the easiest will be to search through Facebook page. We use Shopee or Lazada online apps to look for parts online especially now we have lock down. I found one from FB called rossmanautoparts.
The steps is quite intuitive once the panel been removed. Just be gentle because there are two wire attached for the power window panel attached at the panel board. It seems hard but not really because there no need to control the camera.
I don’t know where to get spring specialized shop for getting the equivalent sprung constant. Anyway I still have the old one with me. Any suggestion where to get spring? Thinking to replace the spring for future other door use in case broken again.

First of all need to open up the panel to have a look. There are many possibilities. Check if the plastic trigger at the handle is broken.
