Who are the other rulers of this time period, and what are the main events that took place? Let's find out!

    • @peterwyetzner5276
      @peterwyetzner5276 11 днів тому +1

      I think the reason is that the only explicit testimony for this dynasty comes from the 3rd- century BCE Egyptian writer Manetho. Since he was the first person we know of to organize Egyptian history according to dynasties, his system for numbering them has been kept; but he describes the seventh as a chaotic period of a couple of months at the end of the Old Kingdom; and there's no archeological evidence for it. So the chart, which is arranged chronologically, leaves it out. Some scholars think that the some of the kings of the eighth actually belong to the seventh.

      A summary by chat GPT
      The 2017 study published in *Nature Communications* provides valuable insights into the genetic history of ancient Egyptians, but it does not definitively answer whether modern Egyptians are direct descendants of ancient Egyptians in a simple way. Here's what the study indicates:
      1. **Ancient Egyptian DNA Profile:**
      - The mummies analyzed (dating from about 1400 BCE to 400 CE) had genetic profiles most closely related to ancient Near Eastern populations, particularly those in the Levant.
      - These ancient populations showed little Sub-Saharan African ancestry.
      2. **Modern Egyptian DNA Profile:**
      - Modern Egyptians show more genetic diversity and a higher degree of Sub-Saharan African ancestry compared to the ancient mummies. This suggests a gradual increase in gene flow from Sub-Saharan Africa over the last 1,500 years.
      3. **Continuity and Change:**
      - While there is evidence of genetic continuity in Egypt over time, migrations, trade, and cultural interactions have introduced new genetic influences. This makes the modern Egyptian population more diverse but does not mean they are entirely unrelated to ancient Egyptians.
      ### Conclusion:
      Modern Egyptians are partly descended from ancient Egyptians, but their genetic makeup has been influenced by additional populations over millennia. The cultural and historical continuity of Egypt strongly ties modern Egyptians to their ancient heritage, even if genetic shifts have occurred.

      the first complete genetic analysis compare modern and ancient egyptians was a german study puplished by university of cambridge that proves that ancient egyptians shares agreat fraction of genetics with modern egyptians and grantee that ancient egyptians werent black africans
      www.cam.ac.uk/research/news/first-complete-genome-data-extracted-from-ancient-egyptian-mummies?
      The 2017 study on ancient Egyptian mummy genomes found that ancient Egyptians were genetically closer to populations in the Near East (middle) than to modern sub-Saharan Africans. Modern Egyptians, while showing continuity with the ancient population, also exhibit additional genetic admixture from sub-Saharan Africa,* which occurred in the past two millennia.*
      this means that black African genetics inserted recently in egyptin community okay
      This indicates that there is significant genetic continuity between ancient and modern Egyptians, but modern Egyptians also reflect the broader regional and historical influences that have shaped the population over time.
      i hope it was clear;

      Hey dude who told you that the ancient Egyptians were dark skinned? As an Egyptian I can tell that most of the statues, papyri and pictures on the walls of the temples that I have seen with my own eyes are of white skinned people and there are also some people with warm skin and not black skin and who do not even have African features(all of them had small long nose and thin lips) and this is what is prevalent among the Egyptian people until now and this is what was confirmed by DNA analysis of most mummies. Even that they painted by redish or of white colors not black as you can see.😅 it is very rare to find black people but they still exist due to Egypt location ( until now aswan and neupa are black people because they location in far south) that is normal.
      Guys stop spreading rumors like the pharaohs are aliens and or they were Jews or even black Africans. I know that the Egyptian civilization is the greatest civilization and this is what makes you doubt that it is even human but Egypt is for Egyptians only. And as they called it, Egypt is the mother of the world. It came and then came history 🇪🇬 ❤
