So important. Many dogs have to put up with their owners' exercise routines which are not nevessarily what is best for the dog.
My dogs basically can chose to work out or not they follow me on runs with out leash it’s up to them
My dog is ok sized and he is so f*ckin strong he’s a weight pulled and he is pulling over twice his weight. ( don’t worry I don’t over load the weights I slowly build him up )
Good and bad, I get his point don't over do it. Most puppies can walk more than around the block, it depends on the size so that is not a great example, but he makes a lot of good points. A good raw fed dog is super strong, just like humans we need good whole food nutrition.

Hello Doc. Can you suggest me an effective muscle building supplement for my 13-year-old cocker spaniel. His current weight is 16 kgs. However, I noticed that he is losing some muscle mass, especially in his thigh area which is creating problems for him in terms of having strength in his hind legs. When has a male puppy had enough puberty exposure to testosterone to have ideal or maximal muscle and skeletal bone growth ? That is when I would opt for neutering. In looking on the internet there are statements that puberty is complete about 12-14 months but would delayed neutering benefit muscle and skeletal bone growth?
The best time to neuter is 24 months or after
