TCL and Hisense make really good soundbar systems but I get all I need from the Klipsch Flexus 200.

How would you compare this soundbar to the Sony HT-A5000 that you reviewed earlier?
Regarding the talking aliens, I remember my dad's really, really old Philips pc speakers (crt era) and they would pick up random radio noise with the volume turned all the way up and no audio input, sounded like a crappy ww2 radio.
Maybe it's that, but I don't know, it just reminded me
I couldn't agree more about the tv stands. Give me a little height so my soundbar doesn't block any portion of the TV, and feet that are towards the far edges. When is the last time someone was over at your house and commented on your tv's stand?
I have the same tv and soundbar system as you. Do you know what button on the remote to verify what audio format is playing? It seem to only show as soon as the movie plays.
The Klipsch flex 200 is very good and only 499.
