Hello mam, I am here in UK for masters. And I am staying with my brother in law. I want to apply for my dependant. So do I need to provide any letter from my brother in law that my brother will stay in my house and I have enough space in mu home and her wife already staying with me.

I believe you won't be required to remember your passport expiry date, neither you'd need spouses passport expiry date. Just write everything on a paper, including contact number

One of my friends depended visa White card Got REJECTED they are not giving ,they sent to Indian Embassy for marriage certificate Intital problem....Can we get white card for depended visa if our name in marriage certificate is G.S.Ramesh or do I need to change to Guru Sundaram Ramesh in Marriage certificate for white card ??

we got married after the visa application date,by the time she applied visa she got unmarried & by the time of getting visa she got married.there is gap of 1 and half month..so can I apply for spouse visa or should she come again to India for applying spouse visa ...

I'm from Pakistan and I have a query for the spouse visa. Normally, if we will talk about other countries specifically Sweden then when we take Spouse along with us on a study visa it's the same process, but when a spouse gets a job he/she needs to move back to the home country to change the visa type. Does this same apply to the UK or there is no need to travel back to the home country for changing visa type for UK?

Once student approved for PSW spouse can apply for visa increases in same country. Doesn’t need to go back one country
