Very well explained.. I always learn something new in your videos. Will be getting some of these modules for testing... Thanks for all your informative tutorial videos.
Terrific video. Thank you! I’m developing a home made Radio Control system for model aeroplanes using ML01DP5 modules and FHSS in my software. I’m thinking I should bin my FHSS code and use this module instead since their FHSS might be much better. Do you think I should do this?
Hey! ...this is nice BUT it's susceptible to jamming. Any ideas about putting together an FHSS with a very large frequency spread? It would likely need two tuneable receivers and would not be FCC compliant.
Hi, great video ! May a I ask you a question? Where have you find the program RF setting 3.50? I used the 3.49 but give me " module not supported" as return.
Amazing, what would you think about a system with 32 such modules acting together in point2multipoint? What latencies are probable if for example each module will send a 8-128 bytes of system heartbeat payload data each 40-60 ms?
SLIP and PPP are serial protocols so you could make it work. SLIP is simpler than PPP with very little overhead so it would be easiest to implement. The radios sent data in packets with idle intervals between them and ending in an end flag character by SLIP so you would have to take that into consideration if timing is critical in your application.
@@0033mer thank you, when i run the tool on the E32 it works get parameters and sets, but doesn't work on the E34.... am only using the Uart to usb converter, do i have to use the same schematic as you showed. It does work on the E32 though! and yes i do have the M0 and M1 on 3.3v
Your presentation is so nice from the perspective of the listener explaining the relevant stuff. Well done.
Glad you liked it!
...again, great content, as usual. You come up with the most interesting applications of off-the-shelf parts of anyone on YT. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the feedback!

Appreciate the in deapth knowledge you shared. Love the physical later stuff. Very clear.
Glad it was helpful!
Wow Lots of ideas running through my head now. Thanks
You’re welcome 😊

Yes ... you will need 3.50 to program the module. Here is a Dropbox link:

Great tuto, thanks for sharing, keep going.
Thanks for watching!
Nice, interesting video, thank you.
You're welcome.
Great video. As usual !
Appreciate that
Could you run slip or ppp over this? My serial communication experience is old, but I am thinking yes? So many uses on the farm and camping!

FHSS vs DSSS ? They sound the same
Nice video.
Thanks for the visit
Hi, thanks for tutorial, i can only find RF setting V3.49, will you please give me a link to download V3.5

I can program the E34 with only the Uart to USB converter using ver 3.50. Have you tried another E34 module?
@@0033mer yes i have four of them, it says "module not supported" lol, i emailed ebyte to see any solution
You may have modules that are much newer than mine. Try ver4.2

Add microcontroller AI and you can get a funding round or two
cool, now feed ppm from a RC tx and do some range testing..............
