  • Today we're gonna tackle the classic French dish, Beef Bourguignon. I didn't add the pickle onions because it reminds me of Nelly Pledge.
    Ingredients
    1 pound carrots
    1 pound stew meat
    3/4 bottle red wine
    1 onion
    3 rashers bacon
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon flower
    salt and pepper
    1 beef oxo cube
    1 cup beef broth
    2 bay leafs
    2 sprigs fresh thyme
