Eldon! Thank you for this one! I haven't been to the museum for over 20 years. So happy to see it is still a nice immersive experience! Excellent video all the way around! Thank you again! 🎉😊
I love your videos! I watched your Gilroy Gardens video and ended up taking my daughter this past weekend for her birthday! I love this adventure for her too! 🫶🏾
Looks so fun, all the windows brings in alot of sun! How was the food? A trip to Oregon in a room cabin would be amazing. The train museum looked so interesting, such an amazing piece of history. Great stream.
@Fam-G2 thanks! The food was okay. I imagine they have a pretty decent dinner menu. The train ride was very relaxing, just on the short trip up to Sacramento. Thanks for watching! 👍
Beautiful views & a relaxing way to travel! My Grandfather worked for Southern Pacific in Nebraska & then when they moved here to California..whenever I hear a train’s whistle, I say, ‘Hi Grandpa!’ 😊 Not to get off track 😂 but when I see anything regarding trains it always reminds me of The Simpsons episode where Ralph gives Lisa a train Valentines Day card.. I choo, choo, choose you! 🚂😂
Awesome video😊 Old Sac is a really cool place and there’s so much to check out and do there! Taking the train to travel is a great way to just really take in some really beautiful views. My mom lives in Oregon and I have thought about taking the train to go and visit her during winter time. I can imagine how stunning the views would be during that time😍
This was such an awesome video. I love going up to Sacramento on Amtrak. and I love trains. Been to the museum. Been a minute. I need to get up there. was so cool!! And Delta queen I would love to spend the night and investigate! That would be fun. Also, there are tunnels underneath Sacramento. I would like to do a tour on those tunnels. I heard they’re haunted as well.
BTW, Southern California Railway Museum in Perris, CA has a Thomas the train. I remember I wanted to take my youngest YEARS ago when he was little. He loved Thomas.
@@Eldons_Excursions oh ok. Yeah, I know the whole I.E. area 👍 I grew up in Azusa. Lived in Gridley for a while. Moved around & ended up in Fontana for many years. Family & friends lived in Riverside & Moreno Valley. Life has changed our there. Now we're in the high desert. Mojave Desert.

Not far at all! It's just hard getting the time off lol I would totally check that out!

@sadep93 Good! That's what I'm here for 😁 there is so much to do and see, even in Northern California. Much more to come!
Lol @ bedazzled lemonade! Good thing you came when you did, we are about to be in 110` weather soon! 🙄
Uhg, I barely made it in 107 degree weather today.... 🥵

Thanks for going on Amtrak. Always wondered how there system works. Train Museum is a fun place to visit.
@user-sl2rj1nw3y right!? Not bad for the price, and it only is an hour drive.
That is an amazing train I think I should go on it soon!
@@Nat_VR absolutely!
Oh wow. I lived in Gridley WAY back in high school. I never explored Old Town Sac. Thanks for taking us along.
@@ItsJustMeAngieB no problem! Thanks for joining me 😁

Awwe, that's awesome! Hi grandpa!
Yes!! That's what I was trying to quote haha, Ralph when he gave Lisa a valentines day card 😆
Ahhhh a walk down memory lane. I went Sac State and graduated in 2019, haven't been to Sacramento since lol. Old town is pretty fun
Nice! That's awesome. Congrats on graduating! I'm glad I took you back to Old town Sac 😁
So cool seeing you do a video in Sacramento! You should definitely come back for the state fair in a couple weeks 🎡
@@paulinaangelique3787 oh for sure!! It's on my list 😁 I love the state fair.

Exactly! I definitely need to return again. So much to see and explore.
This was an adventure! It must have been nice to use the train instead of drive. You usually have that long drive at the end of a visit.
Omg, yeah! I'm definitely taking the train to sac from now on lol so much more convenient.

@@Eldons_Excursions oh I know it’s been a minute but I have been.
My wife has been pestering me to take her on a train ride to Old Town Sa.
How much was the round trip?

Hmm, one day I may do that
