We had trip tonic controls back in 1970 they would shut off feed conveyor when the load on a crushed went too high. After load was ok and a small time delay conveyor would restart.. Work like cavemen. Water pumps should have a flow or pressure switch so if water flow stops or greatly reduced shuts down equipment and sets off a flashing strobe light & horn.
