I was basing this off of information I'd read from an FAQ with Greg Weisman www.s8.org/gargoyles/askgreg/search.php?qid=19305 as well as a handful of other sites that suggested Jaime might be portrayed as bi and Bart as gay. I think it's all still unconfirmed so I'm mostly curious. Until it's outright addressed in YJ itself. I think it'd be an interesting avenue for the characters, but like I said, if that's not where the showrunners take things that's totally fine too.

The reason I think it's real is because Impulse came from a dark future, and the person who has become the closest to him is Blue Beetle. The writer of this show has said there are characters of different sexual orientation in this show that get a lot of screen time. Also, the writer has also joked about Blue Beetle and Impulse kissing in the last episode. That is why I think it's already canon.
