Tennis Elbow (which is also known as Lateral Epicondylitis) is a condition involving lateral elbow pain that is caused by and triggered by excessive wrist extension, which can often occur in racket sports (such as Tennis, Badminton, Squash). In this lesson, we discuss the pathophysiology of why this condition occurs, along with the signs and symptoms, triggers of pain, how it’s diagnosed and how it’s treated.

Great video but I’ve never seen someone use a screwdriver with the wrist extended like the photo 😂
I have had tennis elbow for around 3 months now, I did use a brace but it didn't make a lot of difference. It does appear to be getting better but very slowly
Manual therapy is also an effective treatment for lateral epicondylitis.
What kind of doctor would I need to visit for a diagnosis?
any doctor to be honest but the specialty that deals with it is Orthopaedics
