The manual or this video doesn't mention the power supply or needles it's compatible with. Can someone please help me. I am not a tattoo artist, i am looking to gift this to one.
@@katemontgomery9053 ive literally had no problems. Had a problem with a battery but Peak customer service took care of it expeditiously. Hope you get it right! (Have you checked to make sure its not the cartridges?)

The estimated running time listed on our website is under 'best case conditions' and will definitely vary depending on the voltage (as you listed here), needle grouping, customers skin, etc. However, if you feel your battery is dying faster than it should be, all machines are covered under a 1 year warranty, and we would be more than happy to take a look at it for you. I've only had mine for a few weeks and I love it but the battery dosent last more then 4hr from fully charged and that's being ran at 7-8volts.

My stroke doesn’t move at all just vibrates. I use the peak solice pro. Can someone please help here thanks!

Using this machine for a year already, really good one-love it so much and i got it in pink 🩷
