The cinematography in Dune: Part Two is simply the most beautiful I've seen lately, keeping me completely involved in its story. Every frame ridiculously gorgeous, captivates me almost everytime. The sound design acts as the cherry on top. It surely is one of the most unforgettable theater experiences I've ever had. And Timothee Chalamet and Rebecca Ferguson (Mommy) for the win.
this is the type of movie i have missing these days last year i have watched game of thrones and last month i watched Chernobyl(series) and i was looking for something epic and dune stands above , what i have been missing is getting completely into the movie not using my mind anymore getting locked for 3 hours great experience

I'm waiting for the extended cuts of the two parts. Denis Villeneuve deleted at least and hour or two worth of scenes for the sake of pacing. Those scenes add even more depth to the characters and political intrigue into the story. The addition of those scenes might make Dune the greatest sci-fi trilogy of all time.
Just saw this movie in IMAX and totally agree with you. The bar is set high for sci fi after this movie. Spectacular movie with highest level of visual and sound effects. Must watch in Theater and specially IMAX. After coming out of theater I really felt we are staying in dessert with Sand all around us and feel good to see plants and water around.😂 The visuals are so appealing that it feels we are staying in dessert and should value nature around us. Most beautiful scene is when the hero describes Water and rain to his partner, you then realize how important is it for life❤ Awesome movie and thoroughly enjoyed it. Just came out from watching the movie at AMC Metreon 16 & IMAX, San Francisco in 70mm IMAX. Eventhough it was shot digitally and not on IMAX film cameras, this movie is a visual masterpiece. The background music gives chills.
