❤I hope you are still well- I personally have rheumatoid arthritis and the pain can be deep and severe or shallow and swollen - but I still have to work and be a mom I also left a marriage to a diagnosed narcissist last year- and after months of beating myself up for not leaving before “that” night- I finally heard what my therapist, my sisters in the support group and my faith was telling me- I didn’t cause the abuse and damage, I was blessed with the ability to see the truth and get out and get my kids out alive and still able to fight for myself and kids to have a better healthy life that we deserve It’s a lot of work to feel worthy again, and love yourself again- but I know I won’t ever quit fighting to love myself and be loved without the purposely inflicted damage like he did to myself and the kids. I hope you know you are worthy of the right kind of love, by yourself and others
My uncle Larry showed me your music. He was diagnosed with cancer and passed away in January. But every song makes me tear up just knowing he’d be listening to it and loving it. You’ll forever be a small part of a great memory of him.

I don't think I've ever heard more powerful lyrics and Soulful lyrics come from a singer in my entire life...except maybe Aretha Franklin or Al Green...they are both a different style tho as Kai is unique.... I literally played it 17 times in a row trying to get it down singing it the whole time and I would continuously screw up because I would be crying while I was singing it...the lyrics are that powerful for me... and I don't think I've ever really felt anything like I do with a song like I have with this song, I thought that I had before, but after hearing this, I just realized this is what you would call a finite cosmic... perfection.
