if you want to get into production , directly approach them you want to be a part in the unit , apply for internship , be ready for unpaid job also at start , production houses , just approach them directlly , but work on few short films first , get your reels ready , there are a lot of professional and amature shortfilm makers , work with them and get your portfolio ready

your college events , is what will teach you , you have to participate all 3 years , you can skip 3rd year but 1 & 2 you have too if you want to learn
