I just read through the talent calculator and the spellslinger shit seems absolutely busted. Free orbs from splinters and basically everything you do generates splinters. Splinters do aoe damage. Splinterstorm. It’s nuts. I’m curious to see what% of frost’s damage comes from these splinters in a M+ scenario
20% of damage came from splinters (between splinter, embedded splinter, and splinterstorm). 20% dps gain on 3 targets from a few talent points seems pretty fucking good. Not to mention getting like quad orbs. The hero talents buff frost by probably 60+ or more on aoe pulls
How do you get details to work on the beta? I just get lua error when installing it. Tried copying it over with all the files needed etc. Still lua error.
i've never ever played mage in my over a decade playing wow ... always been close range leather melee or hunter ... but I been thinking of switching it up to mage as an alt just gotta decide void elf or night elf mage >:)
idk why, they making game so trash and messy , why we need this 10 different buff/proc ,Imagine that you get buffs from other classes, literally we gonna have 3 rows random shit buffs. Game is already full of weakaura, addons, buff- why they add even more shit to track
I don't know what the devs think when they create stuff like this, i wish we would go backwards and simplify the game. You can't even play this game as an MMO anymore without lags from hell, its sad.

Yea, only thing left is actual spec balance, that seems to be still raid centric which is weird because raiding is dead, also PvP is dead. Only thing alive is m+ and transmog/mount farming😂
I'm so glad ive been a mage since tbc prepatch (1st character when I was only 13) - here I am at 32 playing my good old mage. And looking forward to the war within! Cant wait to see how chaotic PvP is going to be
People have got to stop using damage on target dummies as an indicator of a spell's damage. There are a good number of things that hit for over a million damage on dummies but top out around 300-500K damage against players in pvp.
@venruki Do you think PVP players are scammed with the vault change in war within? We will get 700 conq in total over 10 weeks, which is a price of 1 item, sounds very poor agaisnt a choose from 1-3 random item/week. Also, how will we get our sockets?
I mean it looks fun and all but they should just change it so that periodic damage of any sort wont break CC. Only direct target hits will break it. Look at Cata, fear or dragonbreath dont break even if full dots are ticking. Im fine with the CC changes they did, but we have way to much aoe, that makes even trying to cc sometimes pointless
