Hey Jay , It's been 2 week , I hope you are at a better place with your mental health I wanted to thank you for all that you have done, you have saved many and I am one of them .. Since last year , I had major signs of depression and at night I couldn't sleep ... I always , like ALWAYS heard your video named " watch this if you feel depressed " you know you were and are like an unknown friend whose words comforted me at those times .... I just wanted to tell you it gets BETTER, take your time and try to be kind and gentle with yourself at those times :) Sending so much love and light 🌸🌻💜
