He mentions ''origin point'' at the end. So I think what happened is , Beepcheap used the orisa ult ( echo copy ) right as the echo ult ended. So the game couldn't register the Echo Orisa's existence anymore, thus not being able to find the coordinates to where the enemies should be pulled. So instead of the enemies being pulled towards echo's coordinates, they got pulled towards the origin point of the map ( Coordinates 0,0,0 - The default coordinates. Being tp'd to origin point has been a bug since Overwatch 1. It came back with Kiriko: If Kiriko attempted to tp to an echo teammate and happened to do it right as Echo came out of ult, instead of being teleported to Echo's coordinates, she would end up at the origin point, because the echo-ult coordinates no longer ''existed''. Marblr has a video about the origin point tp stuff, i suggest watching it has he explains it better then i probably did.
