I used to feel bad about going home from uni too! Everyone's experience is so different and part of the reason I chose a school close to home is because I'm close with my family and wanted to be able to go home on weekends sometimes. Absolutely nothing wrong with that

Failure would be denying yourself something that makes you feel good only because we have this idea of how life should be, how it should look like. This "should" is the stupidest thing ever. Plus having a beloved place to go back to is a thing that makes you so so lucky
