Praia Ipanema has a nice flow to it but I feel like it doesn't really start off. Like a jet flying at moderate speed, but never activating its afterburner. Could just be my imagination though.

Akihiro proves yet again that many of the greatest talents come from Japan. The style and flow of guys like him, Shingo, Ryo or Kenji always stand out. It's been years since I've had a mix where my playlist grew by more than one or two songs, let alone more than five like now.
I started listening to your tracks about 1 year ago. I just got to this session. And while I really enjoyed a lot of your older sessions, this one easily takes the cake! The music is phenomenal! I feel like I'm biting into the most delicate chocolate sweetness in existence!

I'm just loving the commercial-free 2 hours of focus as I have mad respect for "The Grand Sound" and whatever UA-cam policy loopholes they took advantage of to provide real music and not ad sets that lamely attempt comedy or, even worse, Apple ads that use bright colors and nauseating pre-oldies show tunes tracks to brainwash kids half my age. The realness of this continuous mix is fire as I maximize tax refunds and plot my way out of a gentrifying part of town with worsening stress and traffic into a lower stress university neighborhood. Thought that was Hong Kong, the last port and metropolis I passed through in Asia before returning to my roots in the USA before I even began today's journey, in the cover photo of this wonderful mix!
Of course as soon as I praised this work of art mix for going 31 minutes with no ads as I worked on taxes, it threw in a 3-second ad for tax accounting software I already pay for and use. Funny how UA-cam is clever yet utterly incompetent when it comes to profiling my comments to refine ad algorithms aimed at myself, but my bad for ruining it for the rest of you if I did so.
