आमच्या सोसायटीत अशीच समस्या झाली खालच्या फ्लॅट वाल्या ने दुरुस्ती करून घेतली . पण वरच्यांनी सहकार्य केल नाही आता खालचा व्यक्ति ६ महिने झाले मेन्टनेन्स देत नाही फक्त देवू लवकरच असे म्हणतो .
