Grand Hyatt hotel Rio De Janeiro | Room for improvement

This should have been the relaxing five star experience after the hustle and and bustle of Rio De Janeiro. Unfortunately there were just to many teething issues but we loved the hotels design!

It is a beautiful room and hotel just needs a little tlc on the basics 😊

😂 That gave us a laugh. We forgot about that. I waited and waited and waited and they were there for a long time hugging.
I sense they won't see each other again for a long time. Interesting point. We also stayed at the Hilton just north of here and this is our preferred hotel. We felt a little more valued and it felt less snobby clientele wise. Will release the video over Christmas.
