You can swap them out, however you should run it through a lye calculator to see if the lye amount changes

Can I switch the kaolin clay for kojic acid and add 2 tsp of honey?

The kaolin clay helps to anchor the fragrance. I' m not sure that kojic acid would do the same work. As far as additives go, you can really add whatever you want as long as you aren't adding more oils or lye.
