Just wondering if your gorgeous gorgeous tropical plants will be planted on the ground? I use to have plant in pots but I noticed they require more watering halos everyday because of thirst. I planted mine on the ground and they are happy and thriving. We have 4 seasons here with only 4-5 months of summer, then we have the dull spring and fall and cruel winter😅

Since your family has already moved in the house prioritise your roofing, wall covering, flooring, toilet, then windows, ceiling, doors, lights, cabinet works and finish off with painting and landscaping.
