Wow awesome 👍🇺🇸 great video. Consistency is the key to success,❤️and making money from your comfort zone is amazing. Even without the help of the Government I’m getting $50,000 returns from my 10k investment…
After I got up to $300k trading with Mrs Mary Margaret Schimweg i bought a new House and I'm now able to send my kids to a better school in the states thanks to her. When someone is straight forward with what he or she is doing people will always speak up for them.
The older Everett gets the cuter he gets I love how he gets excited at all the little things and miss Luna thank you for coming out and saying hi to us
I don’t know if anyone remembers but back in the 90s we’d always get astronaut ice cream at museums for a souvenir. It was basically freeze dried ice cream and it was so good!!
My husband and I don’t drink alcohol either, we grew up with no alcohol. My oldest nephew is a craft brewer. He is part owner of SoPro, Southern Prohibition Brewery. He is apparently very good at it. He is a precious young man. We love him no matter what he brews. lol 😂 (He has cool art on their cans) I wish we had the sodas , like Alaska does, the surprise flavors, gourmet flavors. That’s really cool!
Hi from Washington St .. I just join Patreon today .. I don’t comment a lot , just wanted you to know how much I love all your content .. I may have bin watched a bit .. lol .. I was born and raised in Alaska and miss it a lot … 😊🤗
I love how you talk to people at Costco every time!!You are such a sweetheart!! Can't wait for cabin vlogs, somehow it's so relaxing to watch!i'm feeling a little bit down these days and you and couple UA-cam moms make me feel better every time i watch you!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Holy crap! $465.23? I had just said to my husband, “I wonder what she paid for all that!” I guess $200.00 for just the two of us is “about right”…uh, still too much. We buy mostly laundry detergent, muffins, cooked chicken pieces, all our paper products, and occasionally fresh meat and packages of sliced roast beef. Actually, I think you were very wise with your choices, and they will carry you a little while with five in your family. Still, I’m sharing your video with my daughter…ask her about price comparisons, as there are five in her family too. Thanks for very informative, yet fun, videos! (BTW, we’ve booked another return trip to Alaska next June. We went in 2006 for our 30th wedding anniversary, and next year will be my husband’s 75th (ugh!) birthday! We love cruising!) Take care! ❤️
strawberries, grapes, bananas are also really good freeze dried. Just a tip for pineapple, increase your dry time, it contains a bit more moisture that I've found needs just a bit of extra time. Grapes need to be cut in half with the skin side down
If you want to up your batches in your freeze dryer, apples and other fruit do awesome to stack since they don’t puff up. I put a piece of parchment paper on top of the first layer and stack a second! It does extend your dry time a little, but it’s still MUCH faster than doing a whole second batch. I recommend ice cream sandwiches for a fun treat! Your boys will love them. Even your guacamole will freeze dry awesome. Happy freeze drying!
I love watching costco haul videos. Back in 2004-2006 i lived Boston MA area, I lived in with a family and I was aupair. I never went with my host mum for costco shopping, she went there at lees few times a month. Now I am regretting 😅. I never got this experience. And I am looking forward your cabin trip 👍🏻 In Finland right now is a watermelon season and you can buy like one pound for 2 dollars and pineapple one pound for 3 dollars.
That freeze drying machine is really cool! You could freeze all kinds of fruits. Watermelons and cantaloupes are grown where I live. There are fields everywhere. They sell them on the side of the road. Currently our grocery store has them buy one get one. They're so good! Have a wonderful Fourth of July! ❤️🤍💙🇺🇲🎆🎇
Lauren I was watching you pack Groceries into the Van. It was what my husband Graeme said he married me for. And that he knew as I did from the first date we were made for each other as our families were meant to be together. Mom said when they got me they got my whole family. We love each other so much.
Love watching your channel. You give me some ideas of things to look for when I go to Costco. Buy limited things there since my kids are grown & married & bulk items too much for me. I do live the master cave ham. Make it & cut up & freeze in portions for future dinners. And usually end up buying things for my daughters & granddaughter for their families. I go to BJs also so I'm lucky to have a choice. Hope you enjoyed your time at the cabin.
Hi Gary those raspberry mini cakes are really good and that strawberry cake is real tasty and here in Oregon the fresh fr6uit and veggies are a lot cheaper here than Alaska I do a once a month costco haul its only me and my husband the kids are all grown up and on their own so we are empty nesters
I dehydrated pineapple. Pineapple has an enzyme that will tenderize meat. My mouth started tingling after eating a few pieces. Also, be sure to hydrate after eating a bunch of dried things as it will take moisture from your Gi track and might cause things to slow down in the “evacuation” department.😮
I'm from Washington, and depending on where you're buying watermelon, it's anywhere from 5.99 to 10. Walmart was 5.99, and 10 was as fredmeyer. Pineapple was 2.79. We were in a smaller coastal community here, and our local store is too much to shop at regularly. So it's a 30-mile one-way to a Walmart or to Costco.
Good Evening Hamm Family ❤️ The storms are gone and the sun is shining bright 🌞 I don't drink alcohol anymore due to my meds; though I do steal a sip if Mark gets an occasional cocktail... no beer... yuck. I do miss my glass of wine while cooking dinner, and my favorite cocktails, but mocktails are a great substitute 🍹 A grocery/shopping list is a definite must for me, but that doesn't prevent spontaneous purchases 💰 Pears. I'm waiting for my favorites to appear in the grocery store and farm stands/markets: Asian, Bosc and Red Anjou 🍐 Freeze-dried apples are yummy. We have bulk storage of various freeze-dried foods, including fruits... a nice healthy snack. You need to try: pears, bananas, berries, mangos, pineapple, peaches, etc... all the fruits 🍓 Cherries... yum. My favs: Rainier, Queen Anne and Bing 🍒 You're making me crave Strawberries and Cream Cake and Key Lime Pie 🥧 At this time, pineapples go for $2 to $3; watermelons go for $4 to $7 depending on size/type. Farm Stands and Markets are more or less the same 🍉 Hi Gary. See, he thinks you should freeze-dry ice cream too 🍨 Speaking of chili, have you ever made a Chili Omelet? Whenever I make chili there are always leftovers... a must. One thing I'll make are Chili Omelets. Heat the chili and set aside. Make a cheese omelet, cover with chili, add more cheese, green onion or fresh chives, hot sauce, jalapenos and a dollop of sour cream. You can add diced onion and peppers to the omelet if you'd like. Yum 😋 Hi Miss Luna... soakin' up the sun 😺 That salmon looks absolutely delicious... along with cod, it's my favorite fish 🐟 Cutest way to end a video is with Everett, the lil food monster 😊 7 videos down... 1 to go 🎥 Enjoy y'all's evening. Yah's Blessings ❤️
I'm in New Brunswick Canada and pineapples are 5.59 @ Costco but are 4.47 at Walmart. $8.18 for watermelon @Walmart, our Costco only had the mini watermelon @ $6.89
Hello...I'm Trudy from North Carolina and our pineapples are $1.59...an watermelon like those are $3.49...Bananas were $.99 per pound..love watching all your videos.. Have fun at the cabin be safe...❤
Hi Lauren our prices in Queensland Australia Costco were very similar for a long time, but now Alaska is so much cheaper now. Watermelon when in season for my area is about $2.00 each due to them being grown locally. Our season for watermelon is our summer around Christmas time. Your freeze dryer is an excellent idea I would love one of my own but at nearly $9000 for a large here is way out of the price range. I make do with my dehydrator for my herbs etc. I finally made the Jimmy Dean sausage recipe you gave me and it was delicious so thank you it is a family favourite now.
You’ve mentioned you pick some food items at other grocery stores. Would you consider showing what you pick up there for the week. ❤ I wrote the post before finishing the video 😅 thanks for sharing! Watermelon is 4.67 and pineapple is 2.07 where I live in Utah.
I am in western Pennsylvania. Watermelons in the summer are always under $5. Sale prices will vary by store. Walmart has them this week for $4.78, but our local grocery store has them on sale for $3.79. Pineapple price at Walmart has been $2.28 for a while, but go on sale every couple months. Our local store has them for $2.98. We have these 2 stores and an Aldi...that's it in my small town. I don't know the prices at Aldi. Since it's summer, my kids are home and I don't have time to go there.
Hello Lauren, here in Wallaceburg, Ontario,Canada A seedless Watermelon here for a 9lb One is on sale for $3.44 Cnd, and Pineapple is $2.99 each, enjoy your trip to the cabin, blessings to you and your family.🇨🇦🌟👍❤️
Sunny central coast of California here. Many of your things are the same price. Add a dollar or two on your end for the canned and premade goods. Watermelons are the same, our pineapples are around $2. Much of the dairy you show is actually cheaper on your end such as the noose yogurt. It’s funny because two hours east of us are some major dairies. And guess what! Our Costco food court is outside!
Hello Hamm family and happy summer!!🌞Those freeze-dried apples were making my mouth water!!🍎I can't wait to see how the canned fruit turns out in freeze-dried form. I love how Costco has so many fun and different things. Enjoy your next adventure at the cabin!!🦺🥾🤿
I never know what freezes good and what don’t(besides meat). I’m always scared it’s gonna ruin things like bread etc. But I need to try it more and see. I’d also like to know what you put on your gyros. 😊
In Germany we have pineapple and watermelons on sale a lot atm. But I think pineapple under 2€ a piece and watermelons mostly unter 2€ /kg or under 2€ a piece as well

I love how we all act surprised that its cold when we walk in the cold freezer section😂😂
I send my husband or kids in nope 🤣! if I go in it's a hives breakout that's what happens when you're allergic to the cold.

I don't drink but the Alaskan beer is really cool.
Hi Gary, good to know you watch the channel. Best Costco employee ever!
Gary is from my area in NY state! Super area. Tfs
I use the biscuits for donuts too. My grandma would make donuts for us when she made bread, brings back memories.
What a nice guy Gary is. Always a pleasure to see him when you shop. Great haul today. Have fun at the cabin. ✌️🇺🇸❤️
Hi! I live in South Carolina! I pay 3,96 for watermelons at Wal Mart! I love your channel so much! God Bless you and your family!

Thank you Lauren I appreciate you and your family can’t wait to see your Cabin videos ❤❤❤❤
Gary’s suggestion for freeze dried ice cream sounds interesting. Are you going to try it?
The dark chocolate coconut cups are so delicious. Helps satisfy that need for something sweet
They looked amazing, don't think we will have them in the uk

Tell your husband happy birthday! There’s two of us in the household and we managed to only spent about $250 for the month on groceries.
I went to my local costco and bought some of the honey ginger citron drink mix and it is soo yummy thanks for the suggestion

Great Grocery Haul!!👍🏻👍🏻 Happy Friday and have a Great Weekend Lauren and Family. 🙏❤🦋🌻
Lauren!!!!! I got the blanket you liked lol.

Hi Lauren, Great Vlog, hope you's had a Good Time at the Cabin 🥰🥰 🇬🇧

Hi Lauren hope you are well , today i celibrate turning 68 yrs old.
Love how the boys jump in to help carry all the goodies in. Do you store your food at the camp a certain way to make sure critters don’t get tempted?
Freezedried apples, yum!
I was wondering, have you noticed an increase in your electric bill since you started using the freezedrier?
It costs us around $3 if we run it for 24 hours. We use it a bunch when we are in town it but not everyday.

In Portugal, our national pineapple is 4 something a kilo usually and watermelon is currently 1,39€ a kilo but it really depends where you buy it.
