I honestly couldn't ever get supply/demand strategies to work, also seemed llke a LOT of waiting. I like to find areas of support/resistance and areas of liquidity and trade up into it or down into it and then take the reversal when liquidity is taken. No waiting for price to come back to a zone. Same with ICT and FVGs, too many times price never came back to the FVG and traders would say, "well, no trade today", yet price rocketed up (or down).

I started with supply and demand but it didn’t make any sense when I started, now just keep it easy with support and resistance because I still need a lot of ‘psychological’ practice of placing profit trades 🤔

I disagree... supply and demand are superior to support and resistance...Many time I take a trade off Support and Resistance and the market does not move much...no matter how many touches... sometimes support and resistance zones work...Id rather work with fresh zones and institutional trading...
