The Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas in Qatar sets the bar very high and is one of the best resorts we've been to. It has infinite possibilities and parts of the area are still getting extended. Great restaurants, privacy in the executive lounge for breakfast and an awesome waterpark await you. We'll be back.

Thanks a lot VV. Took me quite some time to cut that, since I had sooooo much footage. Couldn't stop filming on site 🤣. Really was an amazing experience. For a one night stopever, the effort would be too high. For longer stays that is definitely my personal choice in Qatar.
Looks like a really nice resort. I have only stayed at the DoubleTree Old Town and it would be nice to check this out in the future.
The DT Old Town ranks lowest on my list. :-) But that is connected to our experience, with half the hotel closed, no upgrade, high priced and the only place in Qatar, where breakfast was served in the room (and wasn't very convincing). Plus it was surrounded by a big construction site.
Compared to that, Salwa Beach was a revelation. :-D I'm sure you will make it there 👍
