I have had many negative moments in my life, experienced depression and anxiety in the past. I let go negative memories, no need to hang on them. Focus on what's positive and move forward in life because life is too short. Make the best in your life and enjoy what God gives you in your life. Be grateful for what you have in life, alive and well! Be thankful for God did for you! We need more christians and have more faith, and believe ! God offers hope and strength to my life, I overcame depression and anxiety ! Living my life to the fullest, taking one day at a time. This music is not only soothing, but it's so relaxing and letting go negative emotions, and feel more at ease in a positive manner. May God Bless all of you 🙏
