He just got permission for Kahlil but the last land there was deal made but Kahlil never paid them and it also was on agricultural land and the house was knocked down. When they made a deal with the last o land they bought from the owner they were supposed to pay him which they didn’t and that doesn’t surprise me, then the governement came along and changed the rules about agricultural lands and tore down their house. I don’t know if you missed it but he did tell her he was in debt and that is why he is selling that part of his land. She called him and asked him to buy the sack and she would pay him for it. She didn’t say she would pay him in installments. Now she is changing the story. This man has been a good friend to them. The land they lived on before was not his land. He was the manager for the owner of the land. He did Kobra and Kahlil a favor and got permission for them to live on the land in a tent until they could find something. They ended up building on it knowing they did not own the land. The last house the owner did make concessions and made a deal with them to buy that piece of land but they never paid him. Then the governement came in And changed the rules about agricultural land living and knocked down all the houses. This would have happened no matter who they bought the land from. But when you don’t pay for something you usually end up losing it anyway.. now he is trying to do a favor for Kobra but she wants to do it her way like she owns the land. The man is debt and wants to sell the land right out. Him knowing how they are about responsibility is probably giving him 2nd thoughts on what in the world did he do. She is not being respectful.
