We bought ours this week and enjoyed the ride quality and performance. Sobra smooth sya for city cruising from 20kph to 60kph. Pag long distance when hitting 80kph or higher the suspension is bouncy but acceptable as it is tuned to reduce body roll and it excells on it. Pros I am by far amazed on how quiet this car rides. The NVH is exceptional almost comparable to Ford Everest. It is that quiet. Highway crusing is so relaxing even with the stock Giti tires. The engine & transmission for this non-turbo is tuned well. Acceleration is smooth like butter, I just can't believe Chery Tiggo 5x is giving me this refinement that you can get with its Japanese counterpart. The engine felt like the old VTEC in Honda Civic VTi in 1990's, 2000's. It is that smooth and powerful for a 1.5. Despite its heavy weight compare to sedans. It pulls and doesn't feel under powered. Aircon is excellent, gets really cold. Build including fit & finish, 5 star. For its price point its almost a luxury 1.5 cross over. Cons Bouncy suspension during high speed. It is acceptable with 30psi and i think it will improve later on after break in. If not, I'm inclined to replace the shocks to a softer one but then will compromise body roll. This rides high almost 200mm but doesnt roll, its tuned to tackle curvy roads with ease giving you and passengers less fatigue. Very less body roll. Side mirror reflection, a bit magnified to my liking. Could have used a better mirror. Nakakagulat minsan ang incoming cars. Longer engine hood - mahaba ang hood so need mo sya masukat at makabisado Brakes - Very similar breaking to Mitsubishi, it doesnt stop on light taps you need to press it and its smooth. Overall Driving dynamics - Its a light city cross over, easy to drive in city n hiway giving you less fatigue due to its solid insulation and premium interior Cherry Tigo 5x is more refined as in they did a lot of work for this car to run this good. If you can afford the Hybrid Turbo buy it, this non-turbo will give you ample power and relax driving. But the power you need wont be there unless you get the turbo version. With the Turbo Hybrid, no japanese 1.5 car can bully you on the road. This drives like a mini BMW.
Good day! So far fuel consumption still the same although our car's ODO is just shy of 5000km palang. City Driving heavy traffic is around 5 to 7km/l City Driving mixed is 7km/l to 10km/l Highway / expressway / longdrive can be up to 16km/l Only issue na na experience sa unit namin (considered rare issue) is sa tensioner pulley which was serviced and replaced free of charge. So far un lang naman almost same performance / condition since day 1 ung unit

regarding cruise control, once set and you continue pressing the gas pedal for higher speed hinde naman nag ddisengage ang CC unless nag brake ka. im using T7P
Not sure with T7P, but fot 5X PRO any pedals na ipress mo when you're in CC nag didisengage sya dahil hindi naman po adaptive cruise control ang kay T5XP

Hello sir. Normal lang ba na may weir noise na parang konting garalgal kapag naka enable ang auto hold? Naririnig nmin kasi after full stop kapag nag engage na yung feature may konting garalgal sa brake pads ata. Same kapag mejo naka incline

Hindi ko pa actually na exp na nag roll pabalik while I am in drive kaya sapat na sakin ang foot brake sa up hill po. Si Auto stop ginagamit ko lang sya madalas sa even /flat roads with stop and go traffic

up shift and down shift po (Manual mode na sequential) I only use Manual mode kapag matarik ang daan or hindi nakabwelo. It works both ways po up hill and down hill From D, ikabig mo po pa right to enter ung manual mode. Push up to up shift then pull down to down shift. Pero sa downshift hindi nyo na need idownshift kusa syang mag downshift as you slow down BUT hindi sya mag shishift up unless i-shift up mo sya.

Hello po! Sa paahon lalo na if walang bwelo, put your shift lever to Manual mode and just stay between 1 and 2 gently giving gas let your CVT provide the best ratio po and slowly gaining momentum. Ung manual mode po natin you don't need to downshift if pa bagal na ung sasakyan kusa na po syang mag dodownshift for you as you slow down but you need to upshift it po. I usually use the manual mode kapag nabitin sa paahon (like steep parking or roads) tipong you need to brake or stop sa gitna ng inclines. Shift it to manual mode, gently give gas (don't floor the pedal po) alalay lang po sa gas pedal makikita nyo po walang hirap na aahon ang inyong sasakyan sa matarik na daan. Your manual mode can also be used for downhill since it can provide you engine-brake po to help you maintain speed sa pababa/pabulusok na daan para hindi kayo constant na naka preno which will result to brake fade/overheat pads and and rotors or make your brake fluid boil and accumulate air (air makes your brake lines loose compression eventually hindi makakapag apply ng hydraulic force and will result to "lusot" na preno in layman terms.) I will try to provide video po soon sa incline techniques 😊
Un tires ko around 2.8 bar ang tire pressure, mejo matagtag sya pero may nagsabi need daw un for a few months para di madeform un tires. Di ko sure kung need ko na bawasan un hangin hehe
For me po based din sa exp ko sa iba pang mga naging kotse namin lagi ko lang sineset sa recommended na tire pressure. Matagtag talaga yan sa 2.8bar thats around 39 to 40psi sobrang tigas na nyan po and I am not sure if ung sa na dedeform since our tires naman po hindi yan basta basta madedeform unless under inflated na matagal, madamage or factory defect. I'd suggest po to follow ung recommended talaga na PSI for comfort, better tire thread wear and syempe fuel economy.
Yes po pero suggestion ko po sa gas station po kayo na may pang hangin sa tires para bukod sa makikita nyo actual na pressure in PSI pwede din dagdag if sumobra sa bawas hehe :)

Over inflated tire affects traction also sir and ung middle ng thread will wear out 2x faster to add up bukod sa matagtag ung ride.
