- Our MMS Band playing the Armed Forces medley at our Veteran's Day Assembly, 2018. As the song for each branch of the military played, veteran's who served in that branch stood up.
1:16 even the guy with a cane who could barely stand stood up in respect for the band, so wholesome
What about the guy that got out of his Wheelchair?
I wouldn’t say respect for just the band, but for his branch and nation too.
I love how others helped that Air Force Veteran to stand for his song.
That was beyond Beautiful
I respect the person in the wheelchair that even he got up and also the people who helped him.
That low brass section is sounding fine👌👌👌
Il Duce I know, for some reason the low brass always shines in these types of songs. My band is playing this song right now and we preform in 2 weeks. I play trumpet and although we sound good, it’s not as good as our low brass.
@@uravggamer4620 probably because the low brass sounds strict and demanding just like the armed forces.
@@Evanw10282 makes sense
I think that's about the best middle school band I've ever heard. Well done!
That active military man gave me chills when he helped that elderly airforce veteran up

Does anyone know if the conductor served in the Coast Guard?
He’s my director, and I’m pretty sure he didn’t
Same he didn’t
Then why did he salute lmao..
@@Evanw10282 if I’m not mistaken, The conductor of any band who is playing the Armed Forces medley salutes when any branches’ hymn is played.
3:12 that is a joint service operation
