I don’t have experience with the Shapeoko CNC Machine or the Xcarve CNC, but I do know that the Onefinity CNC machine is awesome!

Thanks for watching!
That's a great looking weed box. 😄
lol, you're making a guest appearance on tomorrows video- please don't copyright strike me hahah
This one is a really good one. Thanks.
Love all the videos. I really like this design. I think I just found a Christmas present for my wife. Thanks.
Cute box design. Hint for recovering from loose barrel hinge is glue in a plane shaving, when dry try the barrel again. Worst case, glue in a plug & machine it again!
I think this project is definitely in my top 5 for Maketember. (already bought your Bottle Opener and the first 20). I also REALLY appreciate you doing what few others will do and discuss pricing options. Sadly Maketember is coming to an end, but I have a suggestion for at least one more video..."SHIPPING". AWESOME JOB!! Keep the content coming!
super cool great job
Hamilton, this whole month has been awesome!!! This series has been great and has provided a lot of valuable insight into how to price products. I’m sure you are looking forward to taking a bit of a break in October to recover from producing so much content, but hopefully you won’t be away too long. Take care and I’m looking forward to the last two projects and the finale!!!
nice, this and the coffee scoop have caught my eye ✌
Good project. You could also customize the top of the lids with graphics or text
Love it! Very nice choice of wood. I commend you on all your ideas! Wish I had your imagination.
Thanks again for making my mornings enjoyable due to your videos.
Thanks for watching every morning! Still blows my mind that people like you show up every day, so thanks!!
best project so far, awesome
Where do you keep coming up with these awesome ideas. Again a very nicely made video
Great design. Yeah real nice jewelry box if the insides were frocked
ohhh thats a great idea!
Ok, you caught my interest on something, besides the design. it looks great. You sandblasted them? What did you use as a media, and what grit of sandpaper does that equate to?
I've got a whole video on it, if you search "Hamilton Dilbeck Sandblasting Wood"
The finish is "rough", not smooth at all, "textured" would be more the word to describe it- but I prefer it for most of my CNC projects. I would say if it equated to a grit, it would be about 36 or maybe lower.
Great job and nice project. What did you use to stain the wood after the sandblast?
No stain, just mineral oil. Works great!
Thank you
Freshly sandblasted? What do you use to sandblast wood?
Great looking multi-compartment box! Looking forward to the finale but will also miss the regular daily videos!
I purchased the 2 sided tape you have used all month and I have a question. What do you do to clean up the bits when they get tape goo on them when doing the cutout pass? FYI, I am already starting to feel anxiety that I won't get my daily fix after tomorrow! Thanks for this series of videos
Just a nylon brush and some laquer thinner for me, but I'm not sure what the "proper" way is
So, based on what I have seen, you could get $80 or more. And that isn’t price gouging, I think it is worth that because it is a nice piece. Also, you have a lot of costs you haven’t figured in there. I think you said $1 per minute for the CNC work, does that include cost for the CNC, router, CNC bit, electricity. And sand blasting and finish.
Yep! I go over that a little more on day 1, just didn't want to say it every day. I also think thats why most people dont talk about pricing on UA-cam- everyone is going to charge different things, but I wanted to give people a loose place to start from!

Slim down the lid a bit, do a single, maybe put a slight finger grab 8n the front, and you've got another saltpeter. Do it as a double and your chef can have fine and coarse, kosher, sea, etc at hand.
I hope you haven't minded me throwing out my thoughts and ideas all month!
Yep! Lots of possibilities with this one!
Enjoyed the triple boxes, anxious to see what you are going to do with plywood tomorrow!
By the way, you air a little after 6:00 am where I'm at!
I've enjoyed everyone of your projects.
Oh wow, you watch them early!
Hey! This showed up at 9:02. What's the deal?!!! ;-)
Lol!
If I remember correctly - you are down South. stay dry. I'm in NC and we are scheduled to get hit hard on Saturday. Obviously - you recorded these early so you don't mention it in the video. Hopefully all goes well for the first. I'll be there
Hamilton - what is the depth of the drill hole for the barrel hinges? I can't get 1" walnut currently - only 3/4" and want to ensure that the drill holes are appropriate and not going thru the material bottom.
Love the box, and Maketember over all. I know you probably have said in the past but what design software do you use.
What did you use to hold the board down in this one? didn't see the nail gun make an appearance....
I went to your Etsy looking for this. Looking forward to the finale.
What is your doc, ipm and rpm when running the downtown Jenny? I'm still trying to get mine homed in
Great product for a little bit of personalization potential?
do you really just sand blast the projects.??
Oh I like this one.
Very nice. Fun series. Thank you
Awesome job!!!! looks great.
Thanks for all the videos every day. I love watching and learning, keep up the good work.
Thanks for watching!
New to you channel. What is you main Etsy site? And you mentioned a web page? I don’t see either under the description for this video, or I am blind…. LOL
They are in the video description as well as the top pinned comment in the comment section!!

I've been trying to message you about the poll website. I'm guessing you have that covered by now.
Hey! I'm going to use strawpoll for the survey tomorrow! Thanks for reaching out about it, though! I thought I had responded to you a few days ago!
Man, that's a nice looking triple-compartment-gentleman's-dice-storage to go with a dice tray. Oh, and I could definitely store my chilli coated peanuts in there too.
What's are the details for the giveaway. Is it live? Where do we go?
More details in tomorrow's video. But it will be a Livestream on my UA-cam channel on oct 1 at 8pm est. You can enter to win through the live chat
That’s too cute! I think this is probably my favourite of the last ten days. 😀
Well done sir!
Wow, thanks!

Hamilton, nice project! I've been meaning to ask you about the "curtains" you have on your y rails, how are those attached, and do they reduce the chips and dust accumulated on the rails while cutting? I also have a sticker coming to you, it's being mailed out today..
Little aligator clips! More info on them on my last onfinity accessories video! They work great!! Looking forward to the sticker, thanks!!
@@HamiltonDilbeck ok thanks, I'll check it out
Very nice. I would love to see the program your using and if you were able to run through some of the basics and capabilities.
Thanks!
I might do that one of these days. I show some of it on my "Multi-Tray" video if you want to take a look.
@@HamiltonDilbeck I will take a look! Thanks.
I’ve been here all the way even though not commenting each time. I think you’ll have to have something pretty special to top this as my favorite so far.
Big thanks to everything you do/done. I’m in outpatient MAT, I hurt my back striip/wax/buffing floors one night at work and you know where v this leads. Anyway I’m clean sober and doing great and it’s because of people like you that care.
Thanks
I have really enjoyed these videos looking forward to the live event. I think this is one of my favorite projects I have seen I just ordered some barrel hinges gave me an idea of a project I have been thinking about.
I came across one of your videos about a week ago and have watched every one so far. I subscribed during the first one I seen. Great info on how to do things and how to price things. I have been wanting a Onefinity for a while now and all of your videos have given me great ideas for things to make, now I want one even more! Keep up the good work and I cant wait for the next video.
I like the box design. It would be perfect to storage ear rings and rings. Agree with you that the walnut and brass look awesome together.
Definitely a cool little project. I have a sand blast cabinet that has been sitting for years. I will have to try it on wood. I like how it looks.
Great project... I like the looks and the possibilities of things to do with it is endless. I praise people like you that have an imagination to come up with all of this stuff. Thanks 👍
Hey I love your videos! Over the last few days I watched all 29 videos. Can't wait to see what you make next.
Idea, make a tunnel through each box. You can lay a long necklace across 2, etc.
Dang, that sand blaster does a great job removing those tool marks for those small boxes.
That thing is groovy. I agree about the walnut brass combo.
Like design.
barrel hinges are tricky. how did you fix on your project?
This is a great idea
Thanks!
This maketember was a great idea also. Great small projects. They all look nice and well designed. I will make a few for my collection. Great to get more ppl into cnc !!
Hamilton. I have been watching every day since day one. It funny how much I look forward to your videos every day and it is almost over. I love this project it is sleek and elegant. Honestly it looks like it would be good as a spice container for the kitchen. Keep up the great work, looking forward to see what you do next. Thank you for bringing us a month long journey of innovation
Oh wow thanks for the kind words! It's been a ton of fun! Hoping to do some more cool stuff like this in the near future!
And the binge watching continues, finally caught up to today, I really like this one
Haha that's a lot to catch up on! Thanks for watching!
I REALLY like this one. Awesome idea.
Glad you like it!
I do not know what I'll be doing after tomorrow while I drink my coffee. These have been a fantastic start to my day, and I genuinely appreciate that they are kept short and to the point.
I've been trying to keep them short! But day 30 is like 30 minutes long, lol! But it will have chapters so that people can skip around to the stuff they really want to see!
@@HamiltonDilbeck I will watch every damned minute of it. I might even slow down the video so maketember ends slower.
Hahaha awesome!!
Wow, that is really a cool idea. Nice work and this series is great! When this is done, will all 30 files be available as a package?
Thanks! And yep, tomorrow they will all be available as a complete pack!
@@HamiltonDilbeck I am looking forward to you live cast as well!
@@HamiltonDilbeck That is fantastic, I may not make them all but it's fun to pull one out once and a while just to play with new ideas. Great job Hamilton
