Volunteering for Special Olympics in Berlin in 2023 in the Dental section with the kindest and most amazing German professionals who have extended themselves in the most amazing way to teach me german terms, this video has been so helpful ❤.
Thank you for this video! I’m the manager of a dental clinic on a touristic city of south Tenerife (Canary Islands/ Spain) and I do love working with British and German patients. They love when you can explain a treatment plan in their native languages, so a professional in tourism I am, I studied English, German, French, Italian and some Russian, but never got to learn the proper terms on each language, so I’m exploring new channels and luckily I found you! Very well explained, funny and very useful, thanks again! Vielen Dank und auf wiedersehen! Danke!
I moved here to Germany recently and am learning German. I think the dentist here is amazing. The whole office was so clean it was for real sparkling. The staff (and der Zahnarzt) were super kind and spoke English and German with me to help me learn, but not be lost. I had to have a Zahnextraktion, but it was not bad at all. An A+ for German dentistry!
I have watched your B1-B2 video about morning and it was lit. i just wanna say keep making videos like this with same content , you have my subscription and likes Bruder ! Viel Glück
So excited to watch this!! I am a medical professional and have had some experience working in dentistry and I love everything about it... Thanks for the video!! Can't wait for the next one!
Ich glaube die Plombe ist auch eine sehr alte Bezeichnung für diue Amalgamfüllung oder noch ältere Füllungen aus Blei. Weil die halt als Metallklumpen den Zahn verschließen wie ein Siegel.
Dominic, I am a German citizen that has grown up in the US. I want to move back home. What are some of the challenges I could face? Please help. Thank you. Been a fan for many years.
Zahnart besuchen für mir ist ein absolut Albtraum. Ich have viel geweint wann war ich klein. Glücklicherweise nachdem mit meine Zähne habe ich kein problem.
I actually prefer going to the dentist to going to the doctor. I think it's to do with the fact that I always know the reason that I'm going to the dentist but I always worry about doctor because I never know what he is going to say is wrong with me.
I loved the video! Don’t worry about pronouncing anaesthesia you should hear me try to pronounce all these German words with my hideous American accent😂 I can tell you it is not flattering at all.
I said last week, I’m also Alexander the Great. I don’t know what happened. Why my name wasn’t showing up in your live stream. Or in the comments. I just want to say dominik, if I said anything that upsets, or anger you, I do apologize. I was just joking around with you. I’ve been a subscriber for 4 years,. I don’t want you to think I was bullying you

You're very welcome! :)
I am a dental assistant in the US and this was fantastic! The only thing I maybe missed was the German word for caries.
I filmed it but used the wrong German article for it so I left it out 😂😂
@@GetGermanized what is the proper article?
It's "die Karies" apparently 😁
@@GetGermanized it's encouraging to know that even native Germans don't get all the articles right!😂
Hi Dominic, any plans for more 'car of thoughts'. Love the format. Best wishes.
Just had to sell my car, so unfortunately not in the near future 😅
@@GetGermanized sorry about that. All the best.
Gute Vokabel-Sammlung und nützliche Serie insgesamt!
Specialized vocabulary can definitely be tricky!
