This is the adult version of the British Post office kit I had as a little girl. I loved using the ink n stamps, making letters for the envelopes and pretending to do all of those office things. The little girl in me would have been in her glory to make or have something of this caliber. I know where you’re coming from. I’m 67 and the little “paper doll” girl couldn’t even imagine a time of digitals and unlimited stamps. Maybe that’s why I have stamp sets I’ll never use in my lifetime (but have to have). Is this what they mean about our second childhood?

I didn’t, I was a nurse, but now I know where my young self was coming from. I have loved playing with paper all my life. Paper craft is my thing and I have seen no one better than Margareth. Margareth, I just love your sense of humor! The tree decided to run for it! 🤣 That happened to me once. My tree tried to run into the house, it came right thru my bathroom ceiling while I was sleeping 😮 I'm happy that no one was hurt. ❤❤❤❤❤️

I’m so glad you’re ok after the storm. 10 years ago just after the Christchurch Earthquakes my car was parked outside my home and the other side of the road was pine trees. So pretty. I woke up in Easter Sunday with my landlord and his wife saying he needed to show me something and that’d I needed to brace myself. The storm the night before had dislodged a pine tree which fell on my car and wrote it off! Very upsetting. But grateful I wasn’t in it when that happened! Ps loving Gunther 2.0
I have used hand sanitizer to remove the residue on your blocks. Sometimes I use a little glue stick on my blocks during a project but then clean up with the sanitizer after. I’m thoroughly enjoying this project. I’m very happy that your tree didn’t damage your house or anyone else’s property. Blessings from Canada 🇨🇦

As I watched the first half I wasn't sure if the wind I heard was yours or ours 😊 Here in the Pacific Northwest of Washington State we are having the same weather. We have tall (50+ foot) pine and maple trees on three sides if us, just waiting for one to fall. Also we live in an island so we lose power. Hubby has the generator alk set up and ready to go. Hi we had the same storm last thursday in Brittany ( France) my TV antenna didn't survive but all my trees are still straight.II like your new Gunter .
