Hi Shiloh! Congrats on passing your first half, never a doubt in my mind that you would. Love your framed and finished pieces. Beautiful progress on your WIPs. Your are making beautiful crochet projects and finishes already, like you have been crocheting for years. Hope you have a blast at Stitch North!
Congratulations on passing your exams, you’ve worked so hard your deserve your relaxing sewing time. Have a great time at stitch north , stay safe love and hugs xx
Congratulations on passing your exam. Good luck on the oral test. You got so much done yeah. You will find that crochet takes more yarn than knitting, even for the exact same pattern. Love listening to you and your stitching is beautiful.
Woo Hoo! You passed, yeah! 1 down and 1 final one to go. Can't wait for Stitch North 😀 Looking forward to seeing you and all our old and new stitchy friends.
This video really inspired me to try finding a video on crochet till it clicks. I went back and found one! Thank you, for some reason that was motivating.
CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I remember how thrilled I was after passing my National Exam and Comps in Speech Language Pathology. Working full time without the schooling and exams felt like vacation to me my first year😂😂Being able to come home from work and have my evenings free was awesome.
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. Congrats on passing your written test. Looking forward seeing you again at StitchNorth. Happy stitching!
Love all your finishes, WIPs, etc. Even if I had guests, I'd make that room a stitchy museum of finishes! Good luck on the last bit of your tests for school. Have a wonderful week!
You are an amazingly talented young woman. I don’t know how you get it all together. Your projects are all beautiful, but, I miss your socks.. I don’t knit but I love socks and when I found your channel you were doing a lot of pretty socks.. beautiful wedding picks. Sam is such a handsome majestic boy.. take care.. ps- congrats on passing your first exam, back in the dark ages before internet or computers, I waited 8 weeks to get notified of passing my nursing boards. Those are LONG weeks.
Thank you for the video. It is always exciting to see what you are working on and what new thing you are learning. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful work with me. I am so glad you just have one more part to finish I will pray all goes well for you.
YAY!!! Congratulations on passing your exams! That is such an accomplishment. Loved your finishes and WIPs. I will have to get the Northern Lights pattern...just beautiful. The Bewitched Park is a work of art. Also love seeing your crocheted shawl.... fabulous.
Well done on your exam…what a lot of work! I can see that needlework has been a great joy for you during your years of studying. My husband also has a ‘nails in the wall’ phobia so I decided to pick spots throughout the house for needlework pieces and then change the pictures out seasonally or as I feel like it. That has solved the problem for now. :) I also have spots to display bowls of pintucks or standup cross stitch pics. Yes, there is a way! I really love crochet and knitting as well and enjoy your projects. Really nice! Have a great time at Stitch North…I look forward to hearing all about it!
Congratulations on passing your exam! Your framed finishes are beautiful and your crochet is coming along fabulously. I need to pick up my hook again x
HUGE congrats on passing your exam. I had no doubt that you would. What fun you'll have at Stitch North. I wish I could be there again this year but alas it was not meant to be. I can't wait to hear all about it from you. So cool that Liz will be there. Good luck with your studying.
Happy Easter great video fabulous FFO and finishes, congratulations on passing your exam👏love your WIPS and knitting and crochet,Thankyou for sharing 👍🇳🇿❤️🪡
I love your Stitchrovia finish! The colors are so pretty! I'm so excited to meet you in person in a couple weeks, and I'm totally joining in on that Love Boat Sampler action 😉⛵💖
Congrats with your exam 🎉 I don’t like holes in walls too, this is why I use plastic crochets which do not require any screw or hole 🤗 Could be a nice compromise 😉 Love from Brussels 🇧🇪
Hi- love your finishes! I pin and lace all of mine on foam core myself , then I go to micheals or hobby lobby and order a custom cut frame and memory glass- then they are perfect! Great progress on your wips and you are doing great with your crocheting. Good luck with your oral exam! Happy stitching!
Congratulations on the first part of your exams!! Love your framed finishes. I know ehat you mean about framers. I always frame my own pieces after a mishap years ago. I had yo take a piece back 3 times because it was so crooked. Then he said he couldn't redo it because he had to cut it. On top of that, he broke some of the beads the third time which of course couldn't be repaired because of it being in the frame. It put me off beads and framing but now I do it myself. Happy stitching 🧵
Congratulations on passing part 1 of your exams! Lived all your finishes. I now what you mean about finding a good framer, it can be so hard. I started part two of that series from Needlework Press on Easter, Be Kind. So good to catch up with you and see what you're working on ❤
Love your crochet! I find it could use some tassels, because it looks very simply(in a good way of course).congratulationa on your many finishes, and I hope you find a new capable framer soon! Happy (b-lated) Easter to you!
Hi Shiloh! If Spencer is still concerned about holes, here’s a couple of ideas for you. If the hole is small and the wall is white, a teeny bit of white toothpaste will fill it in nicely ! Command hooks work great for bigger pieces and don’t hurt the wall. How are you planning to finish your gigantic piece? Those will be some serious holes in the wall! Oh- and BTW- I think if you removed the hook for the mail on Forest Flower and rotated it 1/4 turn, you wouldn’t even see the wonky bottom part. Removing the framing hardware is super easy- all you need is a hammer! Yes- you should be compensated by Evertote since she basically uses you for advertising (hey, that makes you a spokes-model!). She gets folks to do a lot of stuff for free, so just watch those boundaries, Mrs Psychiatrist! Your crochet is awesome! So proud of you for learning this all by yourself and making that beautiful shawl! You take care and have a wonderful time at the retreat! Tell Sam and Spencer not to have TOO good of a time batching if! Hugs!❤
Very nice video. I must say, several of the Long Dog charts are interesting, but really, the descriptions just ... well, they are a bit over the top, some of them. I will try to see them as funny rather than whatever my current problem with them is! Your Blackbird piece is really beautiful. Thanks for the video - I'm glad to see you again so soon after the last one! 👀
Happy Easter! Nice progress and finishes! Because of your last video I've started to learn crochet. I've just done a practice swatch of stitches so far, but plan on trying a dishcloth when I want a break from stitching. Good luck with your next exam and Congrats on passing the other one. Have fun at the retreat.
Congrats on passing your exam! I’m sure you aced it! All of your cross stitch with ecru is very feminine, and dainty. I love them. I hope you have a whole wall dedicated to them just like you want. Maybe do those sticker type wall hangers by command tape?
Yay! You passed the written test..hope you do well again on the oral..I’m thinking at least you can explain your answers more fully that way ? Thanks for sharing all your projects and I loved all the framed ones!..and yes, hard to find a framer who can do more than a flat picture!
Congrats on passing your exam! Your finishes look great, I use command strips to hang most of my pictures. The picture hanging ones that act like Velcro are great and no holes 🙂 I like to move things around too much for holes lol.
Congrats on your scholastic achievements, bravo! And your ffo’s are gorgeous. I need to get back to some knitting or crochet, just too much fun stuff to do!
Best wishes on that final oral exam! I know how hard it is to do one more exam but think of all the stitching time that will be freed up! Thanks for mentioning the Long Dog releases I am going there now!
Love your videos! Coming to eastern Canada in September, Quebec and Nova Scotia into Halifax. Do you have a local cross-stitch shop? I haven’t heard you mention any, but may have missed it?
Unfortunately no local cross stitch shop here :( There is an online shop, Charting Creations, that offers local pick-up, but no in-store shopping as far as I know. We do have lots of great yarn shops here!!
Hi, congratulations on passing your exams🎉. The pink project that u just got framed can u tell me where I can get this and is it pre printed? Thank you

Gorgeous stitching!
Happy Easter!! I hang all of my finishes with the Velcro 3m so there isn’t holes in the wall and then I can change them each season if I wanted.
Awesome!! I’ll have to try that out!!
See you at Stitch North. Yay!

Yes!! I think the oral should be a bit easier bc you can explain yourself vs just having to pick an answer. Fingers crossed!!
Congrats on passing your exam! I’m also going to Stitch North, but the May weekend. 😢 So sad I won’t be able to meet you there.
Oh boooo - maybe next year!!

All you ecru samplers are so gorgeous
Happy Easter Dear Crafter Friend……
Can you use command stripes? To hang your stitching?...
Congratulations on passing 👏
I haven't tried that before (worried they won't be strong enough?) but lots of people are mentioning them so I think I'll have to try them!
Congratulations on passing your exams! I used to have my work framed at Frame Quest in Moncton. They do excellent work.
I have Sing a Sampler kitted up and I’m in the group chat I just have to start.
Well done
Love your videos! Coming to eastern Canada in September, Quebec and Nova Scotia into Halifax. Do you have a local cross-stitch shop? I haven’t heard you mention any, but may have missed it?
Unfortunately no local cross stitch shop here :(
There is an online shop, Charting Creations, that offers local pick-up, but no in-store shopping as far as I know. We do have lots of great yarn shops here!!
Are you able to buy the hangers made by 3M? They have adhesive on the back, and don’t leave marks!
I’ll have to try those!!
Hi, congratulations on passing your exams🎉. The pink project that u just got framed can u tell me where I can get this and is it pre printed? Thank you
The fabric is Pansy Purple evenweave from Fabric Flair 😊 fabricflair.com/pansy-purple-solid-cross-stitch-fabric/
Beautiful shawl? How many skeins did it take?
Thank you!! I used every last bit of 5 skeins :)
I haven't seen your Hollandse Merklap cross stitch;;;;;; are you still working on it or is it finished?
Haven’t worked on it in forever!! It will eventually come back out - just focusing on other WIPs at the moment 😊
How did you get it in pattern keeper?
For Northern Lights? Stitchrovia sells it as a PDF in her Etsy shop, so I purchased that one :)
😍lovely
What is the companion to STING?
It is “Float” by Plum Street Samplers 😊
